Hey I’m Alex, I’m from southeast Kansas and have been obsessed with duck hunting since my first hunt 3 years ago. I wanted to personally thank you for your amazing effort in providing tips and information that I have been looking for on TH-cam for 3 years. This video has improved my calling by miles I never realized how plain Jain my calling used to be. I think your way of explaining the differences between reaction and confidence calls is brilliant and breaks it down very simple. I can’t wait to apply this new information tomorrow morning on the Neosho river! Keep up the good work, can’t wait to see what you come out with next!

Just found your video on calling. Really good explanation for a beginner like me. This is great stuff. We hunted our first duck hunt here in texas on a wide open Playa lake that was public land. There were three sets of duck hunters scattered around the lake and we could hear the other two calling. We had a large body of ducks on the water and from time to time, small groups would circle above. When they are doing that, it appears they are trying to find a place to go/land. Gonna watch/practice to see if I can draw those circling ducks in and pull them our way. Thanks!! Also going to bring my Mojo Dove decoy next time for some flash along the bank.

Just started duck hunting last year with my son-inlaw. I call the coyotes and he calls the ducks. It has just not come natural to me and I have wondered what it is that I am missing. I have watched numerous hunting and calling instruction videos with minimal success. Your video "made sense" in my mind and I look forward to applying what you have shared to make me feel less call shy and more confident in the blind. Thank you!

I’m josh been duck hunting for years I’m 15 and I do not get why I’m so bad at duck calling it pisses me off nothing helps my case I’m literally horrible makes me feel useless in the blind
