Jonesboro is not in North West Arkansas it is in North East Arkansas. And Arkansas is pronounced Arkansaw because it is named for the French plural of a Native American Tribe, kká:ze: the native root for the Kansa tribe, often thought to mean "people of the South wind". Kansas is named for the Kansas River, which is named for the Kansa tribe. It's the English spelling though, so naturally, we pronounce the final "s" for Kansas and not Kansaw. In the past 20 yrs, Jonesboro has had a population explosion of probably about a 43% since 2000 which today, is around 80,000. With it came a lot of crime from Memphis, W. Memphis, Blytheville, Osceola, Kennett Mo. and Little Rock. But recently, a lot of people have come from IL, MI, NY, CA, CO, TX and south of the border. With this growth, came a lot of pain and it continues. Eventually, a loop will be needed due to road congestion. Biggest grown now is Hill Top where NEA Hospital system was built a few years ago. Arkansas Razorbacks, Go Hogs!
Yes and Go Redwolves
You guys drove through the worst parts of town!
Bruh that my hometown and looks like u was basically on the north side G
Northeast not Northwest
Same difference 😜
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS It's understandable one can get frazzled by long days on the road. However Northwest Arkansas is Ozarks, =greater Appalachia. Northeast Arkansas though =the upper end of the Deep South, just above the Mississippi Delta! 🙂
Yall act like after 14 days on the road I can be coherent about what section of a state i am in? 🤣 I woke up AT HOME today.. and thought I was in Atlanta LOL
U "claimed" u "did your research" stop with tha LAME ass "14 days on tha road" EXCUSE 🤦🏾♂️
@@prettyrickey3659 i did my research, went there and saw it myself. 🤣
Just got back from there, cheap houses there
Wow those houses must be on really great sale i was actually thinking of moving to jonesboro just recently :)
Jboro is mostly a nice city.
So no ridgepointe ? No downtown Jonesboro , this isn’t a good representation of Jonesboro, should have went to craighead forest etc, but you stay on one side of town for a half tried representation, ima do one for Jonesboro and let you see what all you missed .you missed so much beauty and only stayed on one side of town
No you did not see the best part of town . It would take you over 2 hours to drive thru all the neighborhoods. Going to one section of a town is biased and yes there are spanish businesses.
Northwest Arkansas? lol
after being on the road for 14 days you think i even know where i am anymore? LOL gotta cut me some slack.. being on the road isnt easy LOL
Is this supposed to be the gritty part of town? Knoxville, TN looks so much more rough and it is very safe here.
Arkansas much more dangerous statistically. Knoxville has more homeless is all.
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS Hmm, thanks for the insight!
Sooo..how was your food at Fat City? They have the best steaks..
Singing the same song over and over bro you are so f****** ignoring really I lived in Jonesboro and y'all didn't go to half of Jonesboro smh
You want a 5 hour long video?
I'm definitely subscribing
Pork chops and applesauce is not a thing in Arkansas
Northside Miller/Allen St…Fo Life
Bahaha you headed straight towards the absolute WORST part of JB, and then continued to the second and third worst places!!!! We call it the "north side" where you always carry some heat, and make sure the doors are locked so the crackheads don't jump in😅 you owe our city another video going towards the north west! I was born and raised in Jonesboro, but it's a mixed bag of gorgeous well kept neighborhoods to a trap house, fast food, and church on every corner. Jonesboro mainly is made up of churches and banks, Since the pandemic, it's even more divided. If you want a real depiction of the other 60% of the town, drive down the other side of ASU. It is cool af to see someone react to my hometown from a different perspective!!! Next time just go left, AWAY from Johnson, the West side, and definitely away from main street. I may be biased but the decent half that doesn't have a bathsalt and fentanyl epidemic! If you ever need any advice on where to go from Jonesboro, Memphis, and though tunica I can give advice where to go and not get shit haha.
P.s. We aren't effing weird😂
Go back to texas plz do a vid from el paso to San Antonio
were always in texas, so possible in the future
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS Amarillo too it’s where my car got shot up. North side and northwest
@@clover2684 haha 😂
Heck no we don’t want him here!
You don't even know what part of Arkansas you're in. Jonesboro is in North East Arkansas
These road trips wear you down.. lol
Please share it with. Me
Don’t need no mall. Wasn’t much to start with.
Why are u not showing the good parts of Jonesboro? An when it's all said an done the hood part looks great compared to other hoods I've been to like Harvey yard an others
only downtown, we don't need wighway. bro.
Please quit disrespecting people by singing. Rotflmao
🤔do what 🤦🏾😂😂😂the Spanish lives where an the black lives where😂😂😂😂😂omg
