That's a very interesting mitre saw. The blade is a bosch expert blade, which IMHO is of high quality. I have such a blade in my circular saw and it does its job perfectly. Thanks for sharing.
Just here. Feeding my shop/tool envy. That saw cuts deep! I love that feature. And the sliding table. Smart move keeping it stationary. Sounds like a BEAST to move. Congrats!
Great video. I had a big 12 inch Bosch 10 plus years ago that was very capable but had a few things fail then finally motor packed up. Was going to repair but was very heavy and parts costly so ended buying a smaller saw. Currently got a 10 inch makita and small sliding evolution one. Looking for a big one for my shop build and to keep in there can’t decide between big dewalt, makita now this looks pretty good too! Cheers
I have a small compound mitre saw that is all I can fit in my shop, it’s good for the size of projects I do as I’m limited by my disabilities. However, none of that means I don’t have tool envy! It looks amazing. I was actually thinking of half lap joints as soon as you said it had a depth gauge. The grain in the cuts were as clear and clean as I expect from my chisels. It looks just the job for a workshop. I’m waiting for someone to mention it was plugged in, not understanding how plugs sockets work in the UK and Ireland. Another brilliant video, yours are always 'real' as a working carpenter and full of enthusiasm. You deserve many more subscribers.
I just lucky with this one It popped up second hand online for a great price so I couldn't pas it up. Thanks for the support, Its good to know someone is enjoying my vids.
Thank you. There are so many bad mitre saw reviews on YT, finally a review with the info you need.
You are welcome

I’m looking at buying this saw, after 5 years .. how have you found the quality and accuracy?
Would you buy again ?
Thanks
It has not let me down yet, it is heavy though so if you need to move it around a lot bare that in mind.
@@JohnMcGrathManInShed thanks for that , just purchased the same one , very happy with it it’ll be fixed in place so the weight won’t be an issue . 👍
