Groups done wrong way ==> only two strips between two groups. Can be dangerous if the current is too high (20 A or more). 15 A or less is acceptable, 10 A is good.
Group 1 crosses over to group 2 by 2 nickel sheets. That wont carry my hopeful of 40 amps right? I would need to stack? Also in groups series are 3/2 pyramid. I would need to stack those nickels too right?
These boxes are tight on space, I had to re-shell one as I forgot to lock to the holder and went over some potholes, pack came out and split. After inspection all was well, but now any rain could damage the pack until the re-shell was done.

Good video. Wasn’t 100% on BMS sequence. Also realised BMS is best suited to front of pack upon analysing work required ;) thanks!
Thank you~
@@Mobilant_US Ehi, how do you project the battery geometry diagram ? Is there any software?
@@andreagimelli4027 I made this myself using a 3D graphics tool.

It is recommended to set it to about 10a per bridge.
Yea this is why elektric bikes and cars catch fire...
No, if every battery was made like this they would be fine. They catch fire when BMS's dont function properly.
Wow the assembly is so bad, please watch proper tutorial before building your batteries...
No need to organize cables straight. 🤣🤣🤣
