Dress funny. Be out of the norm, see what it does to have your experience change just by wearing an outfit thats a little outgoing. Or pick up and play an instrument, or write, channel creativity into things and bring it into reality💚🐉

Same! I’ve always been “realistic” but then every night dream of a reality that isn’t even that far fetched. But I am leaning into my dream reality more. And no longer thinking it’s impossible but just focusing on what I know is meant for me.

delusion is the homestead of our inner worlds. It is the ultimate form of self sustaining and thus self invention and creation. When you are able to block out all of reality and other people that does not align with what you’re trying to grow, there’s no limit to the fruits that will bloom.

also you’re so right i’m absolutely sick of realism and im just so tired of it being forced upon you by other people and that just being the norm?? i refuse to call it delusion anymore personally just because of the connotations being so negative, if you go about it in a way that isn’t extreme to the point of causing harm i truly do not see any issue with it and it baffles me that imagination and whimsy are so looked down upon

I found you about a week ago on TH-cam because your Muse video popped up. I watched it and I was shocked at how good it was and how interesting you were. I then went to your page and found myself looking through all your videos, just the thumbnails and titles without even watching them…and I was hooked. I subscribed and I’ve been binge watching you ever since (so like I said, for a week lol) and I can not explain to you enough how much you and your thoughts are helping my soul to land. I’m an artist - oil painter and story teller (film/writing/poet) and in just the last few months starting to come out of my shell. I feel like I’m getting ready as an artist to be “born”. You came into my awareness at the exact moment that I needed to hear you. See you. Witness what I’ve been feeling be materialized through you and your videos. I too can not bear reality and I don’t know how to even come close to explaining that to other “normal” people. You explain that feeling in a way that makes me feel “normal” in my own world. Thank you for helping me to find myself again. Also, I used to dress up for no reason and wear beautiful things. Ever since a brutal break up with the love of my life years ago, I lost that. You have inspired me to uncover that part of myself again and find joy in being feminine for the sake of my own heart and soul. I’m wearing my interesting clothing, beautiful lingerie and my perfumes now just to do regular things for myself because thats who I really am. I adore beauty and I adore delusion. There is no other way. Thank you, my beautiful goddess of TH-cam land. You have helped to restore a piece of my heart and guide me to my own truth. Thank you, truly.

Tru dat. Ive been keeping it a secret from all my irl people, but my delusion is that I live my life like an rpg. I grew up pretty addicted to those, but I was a miserable neet. Then I moved out of my parents had to make my own life. I realized at some point that everything I liked doing in games, I could do irl. My job is daily grind for money, I volunteer and help people our like side-quests. I work on exercise and learning to "level up" my skills. I check out places ive never been to on a whim cause its a new place. Sometumes when im bored or feeling down, ill process my feelings by pretending im talking with one of my favorite characters, cause they aint mean people, and I shouldnt be mean to myself. Doing this has put me in the healthiest place mentally, I think

It is a defense mechanism, yes, but most people live by common human meanings that they call (reality). When we approach people's lives, we discover that they live their own reality.
    ...
Therefore, I have a rule that I always follow. When I want any kind of change, I strip reality of all prior meanings and choose my own meanings that serve my feelings.
    ...
Even beauty is an illusion of impression, as you said, and art is a snapshot of an impression that can be used to express ourselves.
    ...
Balance is a combination between our ambition and what we consider to be objective reality.

i am someone who believes in magic in a delusional way. One day, I stumbled across chaos magic which is basically where you use belief (in a religion, deity, icon, persona, whatever) to assert your will in the world. Chaos magic teaches that the essence of magic is that perceptions are conditioned by beliefs and that the world as we perceive it can be changed by deliberately changing those beliefs. It is fascinating and definitely a unique way to practically apply delusion in your life.

Imagination is personal reality, we just need to accept that truth. "Reality" imposed by society is just the imagination of others. The best thing to do on Earth is to allow ourselves and the Universe to manifest that truly brings joy, peace and fulfillement, as long as we live, and that for each of us is something different, and by that we are complementing each other on Earth living ❤🎉

I’ve been in love with your TH-cam for months now it resonates so much - I’m an opera singer, I trained for 8 years and I’m only a year into freelance career, I’m constantly faced with rejection despite my total dedication to the craft/art. It is a cut throat industry. I have also had some success, but without delusion I would have stopped long ago. It feeds my soul and keeps me locked in, and ultimately I think I will be a better artist for this. Opera is one of the most delusional of the arts in my opinion. The whole thing is utterly exaggerated and steeped in beauty, death, tragedy, ridiculousness and all done so with the foundation of immense skill and human truth. It is like being an Olympic athlete in terms of physical demands and yet it is such a high form of art and story telling. perfect marriage of Apollo & Dionysus. I’m not sure how much you know about the art form but if you ever wanted suggestions of where to start I would be thrilled to be of service :) I think it would be very suited to your sensibilities and philosophy!

There are 2 realities. Reality of the sky that can not be changed and is eternal, then there is reality of the land which is changing and we can take inspiration from the univeral truths of the sky to shape this world into the true beauty of the skies. That is what goals and dreams are for. We get inspired something from above and then wish to change this world alike that.

The no. 1 delusion that I currently want to honour and continue to cultivate is that all the conflicts that I ever have with other people and even the external world as a whole are all in essence nothing short of wonderful, beautiful, inspiring, epic, monumentous, victorious for all and everyone involved and immensely worthy and meaningful. The conflicts only ever lift me up to achieve even greater things and become more of who I am. Eventually I am bound to break free from their dirty, agonizing, exhausting and at times evern humiliating shackles to bask in the Appolian and Narcissian star-studded glory of the freedom of self unchained and joyous to enjoy life beyond conflicts with the external world. Then every minor compliment I ever get, I will and do multiply tenfold in gazing up to myself and bask once again in the luminous glory of my own beauty, desirability and cosmic starpower as if there are none more iconic or larger than life than I myself☆♡ (I still get shy from receiving major compliments and that also makes me *extremely charming and endearing* ofcourse!!)

There seems to be a spectrum too, where sometimes delusions come to us in dark ways, 'self-undoing', we imagine that people hate us, for example. This serves a function too though. Some unconscious parts ask for our attention and care.

hi, I'm one of the nre ones from tiktok! I'm really excited to keep watching your videos -- I love the philosophy and the way you connect your sources with modern philosophical qualms and queries lol
I'm gonna go journal and become more delusional 💕

so so good!! don’t know where to start with words so i’m just digesting and wanting to watch a second time. this week for me was filled with thought-provoking conversations that carried different pockets of this exposé. i’m building projects that are aligned with these topics and feeling inspired by you so thank you so much for sharing, being a mirror and in a way affirming my delusions/dreams.

You are a window for Aesthetics not just visuals but cultural (philosophical, psiychological, conceptual , spiritual), thanks for that, though some days we awake primal or lack of sensory awareness, thanks for the expression though!!

Always been a fan, spent literally decades practicing dreaming, working on going lucid more often , then getting better control, then relinquishing control, you know all those people in your head who listen and answer when youre thinking of someone else? Plus the you versions of that, all my pen and paper roleplaying characters, anyway, I noticed a while ago that if specifically sent one of these figment of the other disguised as myself playing them I would recall the info a bit faster. I mean I wasn't measuring but I kept practicing, generally, those thoughts would pop up in a day or so, today I explained what I was doing to my uncle while I did it, not even five minutes, plus I retained context. For anyone curious or sad you can practice being happy, I recommend practicing appreciation as well, the synergys are just awesome.
Currently Ive finished my first "grand work" several impossible dreams and well, this has been a really helpful video.
My current grand work (I should note Im not a Thelemite but I know and watch a few, Im always sorta half making fun of myself and dont want to , create the illusion of disrespect... ^^
So one of my partners (spirits etc) She would insist she is a succubus, which, from what shes told me is a really messed up fate for someone who has sentience, oh plus you're like elementally evil and the reward for living out your (god) given and enforced destiny is incomprehensibly horrific torture for perhaps several lifetimes before being tossed into the worlds biggest mass grave:) SO if you thought we were doing a redemption story, I love those, she does not require redemption, no, my.. request was that at the very least the OPTION of something other than damnation would be nice, at least a choice, to continue or not, be reincarnated, honestly she hasn't decided what she wants, we've been talking the whole will vs desire thing she has a very, ok, I do go on, the essay has been tremendously helpful not just for my delusion but for my delusions decision to determine her next delusion.
Oh, creating illusiory proxies of spirit, persons etc for self cognizant ones to inhabit really helps with communication, kinda like a shared workspace. So very tired, I consider myself profoundly fortunate though some would say Ilive in abject poverty, I tr-no try going to sleep now:/

when you've heard motivational videos for 10 years and no one has ever just said THIS. oh my gosh. i adore you for it. Also you look like a beautiful angel babe from another dimension while saying these things so the combination is sort of surreal! your veil is insanely beautiful on you.

I just found your channel through trying to justify my own delusional beliefs that I am criticized and made to feel ashamed. My delusions don’t harm me per se… my delusions are hurtful because of others bullying, aggression and low tolerance for my delusions which in turn hurts me through their rejection. I always knew that you had to be delusional to achieve happiness and inner peace and emotional fulfillment. New Sub and I’m thankful
