I know u would never know this but you helped me tremendously tonight. You helped me think of things so differently especially about the perspective of why. I am in the process of losing weight and so far it's been almost 35 pounds but I've also been scared to eat the things I love for fear of gaining it back. Jennifer, I felt the same way about what they said and if you are lucky enough to be their age learn it now, I struggle still and I’m 68 years old. I have conditioned myself to hate my body and it’s certainly no easier to love it after it gets old. Enjoy it’s health and energy more than it’s shape or size, don’t wait until you’re old to regret your way of thinking about food.🥰🇨🇦

You guys are the sweetest couple loving your channel I have struggled with anorexia, self harm, anxiety and depression my whole life I'm 25 this year and last year in lockdown I conquered so many 'fear' foods I ate cake, biscuits and Chocolate for the first time in years Marks and Spencer is my fave! 👏🙌💖🍫🎉

Emma, my other half is a 'warm' caller and absolutely hates the job. He's been there 6ish years tho but still hates it, some customers are just so rude. Also, Matt's face when you asked him where the cheese bites had gone was my exact face December the 2nd when my youngest asked where her chocolate calandar was and I'd scoffed the lot and forgot to replace it. 🤣 Wishing you both a Merry Christmas xx
