My personal experience...Del Webb at Minneola is a wonderful place to live. So far, we are very satisfied and are enjoying our new home.

Personally, I think of it almost like a new car: Would rather buy something slightly “certified preowned” in a nice, established community. That way, you’re not in a construction zone and you get more of a chance to see the real community in action.
Both of those communities are way too pricey for me. And the assorted fees are too high as well. But I know there are lots of people that DO have that kind of money and will be looking to buy there. Thanks, but I'll be going back to looking at The Villages (or maybe OTOW). -- BR

@@Explore55Plus Thanks...I don't like the Bond (even the concept) many homes in The Villages have (ALL the new ones do for sure), so would prefer a preowned/older home w/o a Bond pay't, but I don't mind the other fees -- like the monthly Amenity fee due to all you get for it. -- BR
