- Highway 20, more commonly the Ayalon Highway,[1] or simply Ayalon (Hebrew: נתיבי איילון, pronounced: "Netivei Ayalon", lit. "Ayalon lanes"), is a major intracity freeway in Gush Dan, Israel. The road runs along the eastern border of central Tel Aviv from north to south (with a planned east-west branch as well) and connects all of the major highways leading to the city-such as Highway 4 from Ashdod and the Southern regions, Highway 2 from Haifa and the Northern regions, Highway 5 from the East, and Highway 1 from Jerusalem and the Southeast. The Ayalon Highway is heavily travelled and on an average day almost 600,000 vehicles enter the freeway.[2] It consists of a multi-lane highway with a multi-track railway located between the opposite travel lanes. Some of the highway's route is along the Ayalon River, hence its name.

נתיבי איילון ( או כביש 20) הוא הכביש העיקרי במטרופולין תל אביב-יפו. הכביש חוצה את המטרופולין מצפון לדרום והוא כביש מהיר ברובו, ולצידו מסילת רכבת ונחל איילון שמנקז גשמים מכל אזור השפלה. בקטע המרכזי של הכביש (בין מחלף קיבוץ גלויות למחלף גלילות) עוברים 750,000 כלי רכב ביום והוא אחד מצירי התנועה העמוסים ביותר בישראל. הוא מחבר את כל הכבישים הבין עירוניים שמגיעים לתל אביב: כביש 4 מאשדוד והדרום, כביש 1 מירושלים, כביש 5 ממזרח, כביש 431 מדרום מזרח, כביש 531 מצפון מזרח, וכביש 2 מחיפה ומהצפון.

2:38 this buildings on left has now been finished construction (August 2019).
Do you know when the 400 meter Bein Arim tower is going to start being built? It's slated to be completed in 2023. That building will really stand out. Especially its significant height.

@@mor9361 Actually I like the look of the Bein Arim tower. The only issue for me is it going to be structurally safe? It's definitely impressive. It will be about twice the size of any one of the three iconic towers that make up the Azreili complex. The Azrieli scroll tower will have the look of the Tower of Babel. Not appealing.
@@user-zf7hm1jm9r I guess everyone has there own taste . Bein arim feel to me out of place . The scroll tower feel more appealing to me . There is another building that will be build in ramat gan and it is going to be taller then bein arim. For now the tallest building in israel is azreili sharona.
@@mor9361 The Bein Arim at 400 meters in height would be the tallest building in Israel. I don't think that it is necessary to build a building taller than the Bein Arim. Money should be funneled into a subway for Tel Aviv to relieve congestion.
