جزاك الله خيرا دكتورنا الكريم 💌 وربنا يجعل بذلك وتعليمك في ميزان حسناتك وينفع بك... كنت عايز أقول ملاحظة بسيطة يا دكتور وهي إن من المعروف عند الفقهاء إن بطن المرأة عورة ، وفي الطب يجوز للضرورة النظر للعورات بقدر الضرورة ، لكن لغير الضرورة أو لغير الدارس لا يجوز النظر دا ولا إبداء أي عورة حتى لو مفيهاش إثارة جنسية فالعورة يحرم النظر لها ولو من غير فتنة وحضرتك حطيت صورة الغلاف للفيديوهات بتاعت مديول Reproductive system فيها بطن امرأة والصورة مفيهاش فتنة ولا حاجه لكن فيها عورة ، فأرجو إن حضرتك تتقبل نصيحتي ورجائي وتغير الصورة دي لما ذكرته ونبهت عليه وجزاك الله خيرا 🌸

During prostatectomy, The dorsal penile nerve (pudendal nerve which arises from ventral branches of the roots of sacral plexus ) was injured,this why the patient lost the potentiality of erection .
Doctor I do not understand why the Pudendal Nerve had been mentioned two times: one as a ventral branch from the roots of the sacral plexus and one as a terminal branch from it.
Interactive question: The sacral spinal nerves S2-S4's ventral rami produce motor and sensory axons, which are carried via the pudendal nerve. The rectal canal, anus, perineum, and external genitalia are all innervated by branches that emerge from the left and right pudendal nerves. If the nerve is paired, this prevents penile erection.
After anorectal surgery the patient may be unable to ejaculate if there is damage to pelvic splanchinic nerve (nervi eregant ) which supply the bubbospongiosus muscle
