Hurricane FRANCINE In Chauvin, LA (Category 2 Landfall)

Clips were taken from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on 9/11/2024.
I don’t recommend that anyone attempts to do what I did.
Please excuse the muffled voices, I had to keep a towel over my camera for the duration of the storm.
