He was speaking Japanese in the first gloryfinder gameplay. It's in the JP side of SVE
I really love this type of videos where kris taps into the japanese community and bring people from that side to interact with everyone here, I said this a couple of times before, but I hate when people mystify the japanese community instead of seeing them as fellow players of the same game
I am into shadowverse in this time of my life but i like cardfight Vanguard as a game.
But watching shadowverse Is like another level from Vanguard things and products.

Yeah, I would totally recommend trying Shadowverse Evolve! It's a blast to play and Gloryfinder format releases soon which I would recommend you and some friends play as well if you wanna try something new outside of regular matches
Great fight. Glad Kris was piloting Usurp-I was just about to try and put it together. While the toku fan in me LOVES hero, the mill and steal strat seems interesting too….
If I had a Nickle for every time DF got top decked in these videos, I'd have 10 cents. Which isn't a lot of money, but its crazy that its happened twice.
Kinda messed up the meme a little, you would say 2 nickels instead of 10 cents (even though 2 nickles do equal 10 cents)

Really fun match to watch. Also to note at 14:00, While Feena wasn't a bad option, you could have also stolen Tin Soldier instead of Feena since Tin Soldier would get a Fable counter from being played from the EX Area, then you could ping Yuikko for 2 damage. Though it didn't matter as much since Odette does still heal out of range of Disciple + Tin since that is 7 damage, leaving Yuikko at 1. Snipe also being a good option since you could prevent taking damage from Odette.

I'm assuming DF doesn't run quickblader in the evolve deck otherwise he would have had lethal on turn 8
Yeah, no one will run Quickblader evo anymore since Quickblader evo isn't that good like it used to be. While it was more so viable in BP01 and possibly BP02, BP05 format has a ton of good sword evos that easily replace it. Quickblader is better when paired with Mars or Leonidas
if you play a servant of usurpation and then you play octrice, the servant would be a 3/2 or a 4/2? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
