Associated mt8
Just got into the hobby about 4 months ago. I bought a cheap 1/16 truck off Amazon. I’ve been wanting to upgrade to something much bigger. I’m torn between this one and a few others. But the more videos I see of this thing, the more I’m starting to want it.
@datN.O.Colombiano Welcome to the hobby! Not sure where you are in the world and how great parts support is with your LHS, but I would suggest going with an Arrma or a Traxxas for your second RC. Something 10th scale. This is a great truck but all trucks will break and it's easier when you have a few RC's in your fleet to allow for parts to come in on this. Plus IMO these 8th scale trucks should never be your 1st, 2nd or sometimes 3rd real RC. With a smaller truck you get to truly understand throttle control and the weight distribution in turns and the most important part, how to work on them. Just my two cents.

@sparetimerc Thank you friend👍 Another tid-bit I was told from PhilthyCo RC, there is a V2 version. The one he has had some minor updates but very cool to know they are making updates to the RC.
Yep.. Updated Tower to Tower brace, updated steering setup, updated chassis, updated servo, laser etched on the chassis and other components and re-tuned suspension

Which servo arm did you use for the new 45kg servo? I'm thinking about getting this truck.
@i4nic256 This servo came with a metal horn too. I used that horn. If you get this servo, I suggest adding a BEC too. Little bit of a hog.

The surpass carbon fiber fans work good
The v2 comes with a 18kg servo ..it does pretty good for stock

@sempai18an No soy un aficionado a la velocidad y la velocidad siempre se puede ajustar según tus preferencias. Tiene mucho torque y se siente más rápido que el típico camión monstruo de octava escala.
This is the associated mt8. What did you pay for it?
@kenmastersmaster Strongly disagree. The MT8 is based on the same platform as the Kaiju and the Kaiju EXT. The only exception the metal chassis and the positioning of the center diff. I've owned all three trucks and have several vids on the channel displaying all these trucks if you need a visual comparison. This is based off your standard truggy MT build. I paid a little over $500 US for it.
@@ReadySetRC they are both manufactured by FS racing. Associated told them to make some changes. FTX, associated, red cat all use FS racing based out of China. Thunder tiger also uses FS racing for manufacturing, who bought up associated twenty years ago
She didn't sell whole truck though
Just curious how much , everytime I look at aliexpress I dumbfounded by the prices but alot of its smoke and mirrors and than the shipping taking so long , I always read takes forever ,
