Woops! Actually, you should have just navigated around the corner using the navigation buoys as those sand banks change all the time so that digital charts cannot keep up with the changes. Love your posts.
Thank you! Yeah they sure do change...we are running a combination of navigation (including the buoys) but sometimes it gets pretty skinny with a 1.9m draft and some big tides!
