- The evening routine of our miniature dachshund puppy Mac. Evenings with a puppy mean relaxing nighttime walks and lots of snuggles before bed.
Mac is a miniature sausage dog (doxie, teckel, dackel) who lives in Montreal. Follow his adventures here!

Oh no! Boots to complete the ensemble? You really are killing us with your cuteness Mac. It's Thanksgiving Day here in the USA and today we express our heartfelt appreciation for God's blessings. Me and my family do anyway. And Mac....I'm grateful for you too because you continue to bring joy to so many. Too many sad things in the world today. And then there's the opposite. Mac. Thanks buddy! Mac loves bedtime. He loves to snuggle and drift off to sleepy town next to his 2 favorite human beings his human Mom and Dad. Everything smells right, it’s toasty warm and he is loved. He’s got all a puppy buy needs to excel.😊

I had a large size standard Dachshund named Stosh and he was black and tan and just a sweet cuddler at 28 lbs. Lived to 16 and I loved him.

I see Mac has his warm booties on this evening. I guess all of us need some sort of routine in our life whether it be human or our fluffy companions. I love this video. So, does Mac tend to sleep on dad's half of the bed? Mac is such a wonderful companion to have. He sure brightens my day!

The booties! I am watching this loving my Chiweenie "twins". You really should do the clothing line. I'd also like to see a channel with you teaching us how to knit soft sweaters for our babies. My twins were also in apartment living until I moved into a rental home with big backyard. I'm very impressed how Mac waits to go potty until he is out of the building and near a good area. My furbabies would have accidents. Thanks so much for the positive videos!

He has taken to his boots well does he only wear them when the weather is really bad ie snow and ice? Can I also ask does he eat both dry and wet food? Can't wait until nearer Christmas to see him wearing his Christmas coats which am sure his loving Mum has knitted for him Thank you hugs to beautiful Mac 😀
Hey Christine! Thanks ☺️ Yeah, we only use the boots for longer walks in the bad weather to protect his feet from the road salt. And we feed him a variety of foods - Here he’s eating dry food with some cooked chicken 🙂

Okay, how did you get him to eat his food slowly? Lol I’ve purchased a slow feeder bowl for my mini puppy, and he’s went from eating in 10 seconds to 30 seconds, and it scares me!

I’m curious…Atlanta. Georgia area…???…I’m got my mini, smooth Red Dachshund in Atlanta…14 years ago…now he’s in his little coffin ( ashes ) next to my bed every night.
