- Recorded during "iCarly", "True Jackson, V.P.", and "Drake and Josh".
During this time, Nickelodeon was moving away from the TEENick name for their weekend night programming block and as such, this "event" called "Kisses and Misses Night" used Nick's name instead of TEENick's. Even the onscreen logo was Nick's. It took until Drake and Josh's final break for the TEENick name to appear for an Up Next bumper for H2O, which would leave the network for good two months after this recording and a mere month when TEENick name was officially written off as dead. - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน

Oh my gosh I remember watching this 2009 Nickelodeon commercial and bumpers when I was a little kid in elementary school so I was 8 years old watching this which brings back my memories

Little did we know nearly 6 Months after this was recorded, Billy Mays would pass away.
I was six years old at this time. 2009 was the last year that Nick had that flair it had held onto since the mid-80s. I have some nostalgia for 2010-12 Nick, though. Memories of my earlier tween years.

Also this was literally a month after Persona 4 came out

After this airing for H2O, you said it wasn't until March 2009 when it aired again, and by that time any remnants of TEENick were removed. During commercials, did it air the generic "we'll be right back" and "now back to the show bumpers?" My final question is: was the March 2009 airing of H2O the true final airing?

I wonder why shows from Dan Schneider were rated TV-Y7 until the rebrand, when they were changed to TV-G

Oh no, H2O still aired on Saturday nights up until March 7, 2009. However, I have a recording of that last airing but it has no commercials, yet it used the Nick bug.
