Wilson Bearhead, a Nakota Elder and Wabamun Lake First Nation community member in central Alberta (Treaty 6 territory), his son Kaylem Bearhead, and two grandsons Merrik Half and Tristan Marty, bring us together on Day 3 of National Indigenous Peoples Month with a drumming circle celebrating the history and culture of their community. Drumming and singing have been intertwined into the social and political fabric of Indigenous communities in Canada for generations.
