Mungkin lebih baik kita gunakan perkataan 'siok/siyuak/ayok/eyuak/oyuak tribuh' atau 'siok/pengak tanek da abih buru' atau 'siok/ayok/eyuak/oyuak tenok/tonok/tanuk diang buru'/buluk' saja untuk menggantikan perkataan 'pansuh'. Selain itu, untuk menggambarkan hidangan nasi yang dicampur daging babi/ayam dan dimasuk dalam buluh itu harus dispesifikkan lagi dengan menggunakan perkataan 'isam/asam'. 'Tekuyung' kepada 'tukoi/tikiyung' dan 'sng'ket' kepada 'singket'. ‘Kueh jala’ kepada ‘lapung’. Daun yang digunakan untuk membungkus nasi itu dipanggil dawe rayek.
I missed to eat the 'puyak gureng' (fried fermented durian), 'tebah duwon kribang' (fermented cassava leaves), 'tebik korong' (rice wrapped in simpoh and other plant leaves), 'sagu man nga sup dien', timun kampung sapur sambar bing, duwon kribang poh, etc
Although most of us in the family are now living and working in the city, once a while we would go back to kampung and cook and eat the traditional way. We would collect these leaves to replace plates and make all these traditional foods in bamboo. I think most of us Dayaks always long to have these gatherings after sometime in the city. We seem like we can't really separate ourselves from our roots. We crave it.
I'm sure there are. I think in this video, as the narrator mentioned, he was showing the Bidayuh in serian. These are some of the basics and most popular of Bidayuh serian dish. I also recognise most of the faces of these people used in the making of the video so I know they're from my hometown or better yet from my Kampung.

OMG that puyak gureng( fried fermented durian) and fried fermented fish (kasam ikan) make me drooling hungry🤤 😭. I missed all those food.

I believe Bidayuh's food varieties are more than what were shown in this video. It would take long hours to show all.
Yes. There are more like 'sup ponas', 'sambal sorai', 'pugang/tubik pugang' and 'remang beduk'. Wahhh....I'm hungry now😄😄😄.
