Tour De Khunjrab Cycle Race : May 2018

The 300 kilometer Tour de Khunjrab 2018 route, along the Karakoram Highway (KKH) , is very exciting and challenging. The high quality concrete carpeted KKH is one of the finest roads in Pakistan which links the country to its neighbor China via Khunjrab top. Roughly speaking, the route starting from Gilgit at the Elevation of 4000 feet; traversing from Rakaposhi (8000) and culminating at Khunjrab at the elevation of 15300 feet! The dramatic ascent and steep descent coupled with sharp curves and variations in oxygen levels add challenge to the already stunning route.
