didnt you watch the video ? the bank had agreed to this couple paying a reduced amount which they paid . in case you missed the news the country collapsed in 2008 and many lost their jobs , those lucky enough to have since gotten re employed in large part have greatly reduced wages , im working for about a third less now than i did in 2008 . they wanted to pay and did pay but they had to pay less than they used to , thus of course extending their mortgage , but the bank agreed .
but lets say they didnt pay and that the bank was well within their rights to evict them . dont you think that they could have waited a week or so till after new year when the couple might be able to find alternative dwelling for them and their kids ? . christmas eve ? .
