⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 毛豆豆腐煮肉碎 材料: 毛豆半斤 免治豬肉半斤 豆腐一盒 薑絲適量 辣椒一隻 蔥一條 甘筍粒少許 處理: 1. 毛豆,清水洗乾淨。 2. 在鑊內加入清水一升,加入粗鹽一茶匙,放毛豆出水一分鐘,令其容易剝殼。 3. 豬肉,加入調味料: a. 油一茶匙 b. 胡椒粉適量 c. 蠔油一湯匙 d. 生抽半茶匙 e. 老抽一茶匙 撈勻,加入生粉2茶匙,撈勻。 4. 毛豆已煲了2分鐘,擎乾水,去殼。 5. 豆腐,切大粒。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油一茶匙。 2. 在鑊內加入薑片爆香。 3. 加入豬肉及清水200毫升,冚蓋,大火滾2分鐘。 4. 加入清水50毫升,繼續煮。 5. 加入豆腐及蔬菜粒,冚蓋,煮2分鐘至收汁。 6. 完成,上碟,可享用。 Braised Edamame with tofu and minced pork Ingredients: Edamame 0.5 catty Minced pork 0.5 catty Tofu 1 box Shredded ginger appropriate amount Chili 1 No. Green onion 1 No. Carrot cubes little Preparation: 1. Edamame, rinse with tap water. 2. Add in 1L of water in a wok. Add in 1 tsp of cooking salt, soak the Edamame for a minute to help removing shells easily. 3. The pork, add seasoning: a. Oil 1 tsp b. Pepper appropriate amount c. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp d. Light soya sauce 0.5 tsp e. Dark soya sauce 1 tsp Mix well. Add in 2 tsp of tapioca starch, mix well. 4. Edamame has been boiled for 2 minutes, drain. Remove shells. 5. Tofu, dice in big cubes. Steps: 1. Heat up 1 tsp of oil at high flame in wok. 2. Add in the ginger, fry well. 3. Add in the pork and 200ml of water. Cover up the wok. Heat up at high flame for 2 minutes. 4. Add in 50ml of water and continue braising. 5. Add in tofu and vegetarian cubes. Cover up the wok. Braise for 2 minutes until the sauce becomes thick. 6. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.

材料:
毛豆半斤
