The word “essey” in the title of this piece refers to prose writing or a collection of thoughts unconstrained by form that brings together the writer’s impressions, thoughts, and ideas based on his personal experience. Performers can interpret this piece as a work that brings together my personal thoughts on wind orchestra music.
This piece consolidates my day-to-day thoughts on wind orchestra music, including the development of motifs, the harmony between chords, the orchestration of pieces, etc.
The percussion section and saxophone solo in the opening section contain the motif of the piece, which develops as the piece progresses.
While some sections of this piece are technically challenging, it closes with a lively and vibrant final section.

冒頭部分のサウンドは、シュワントナーを思わせる、神秘的なサウンド。
しかし、その後、歌い出されるメロディーや、ハーモニーは、まさに福島先生らしい魅力に溢れていますね。
昨年の中学校の部での、素晴らしい演奏も、とても、印象に残りました。

低音・perc・メロディー系の噛み合い方がすごい面白い、連譜とかC.D.H.のテンポキープも難しい！でも最高の曲！😂
