ICONIC HILLBLOM "MANSION" IN SAIPAN

- Dave Hood, CEO of Coldwell Solar, bought the late billionaire Larry Lee Hillblom's "mansion" located in Saipan, U.S.A., in 2016. The property was "abandoned" for 25 years after Hillblom's death in 1995. Hood's mission is to restore the house back to life.

A couple month ago I saw a DHL Van and then it got me thinking about Mr. Larry Hill blooms mansion if it was still up and did house keeper or did anyone of his kids who they would be a lot older by now got it from the settlement and if it’s still there beach site View in Saipan ??..yup he’s the H in the DHL logo of the company , he didn’t dress flashy even though he was a billionaire , a little dirt grease under his fingernails working under the hood of his plane and if I learned anything from him..,,” be yourself 💯, know the value of a dollar “

Another well done presentation my friend Dave seems like the right person to get this restored. It’s an incredible house, I appreciate the inside story of how the owner had perished. @@cebuanosjourney2048 I’m thinking of getting the King Larry book, it’s well done from the reviews, I’m just shocked the name hadn’t set in, it’s quite a story, I’ve seen a documentary before about 8 years ago, it’s something for sure, Saipan has so many interesting things that just amaze me

Only indigenous decent of Saipan can own land(homestead). Outsiders can only lease/rent properties. This property is leased.

What part of Saipan is this? I live here for 20 years and have never seen this place. Just when I thought I have been all over this island. It looks like it is tucked in LAO LAO bay.

There's a mansion behind the Torres brothers' building but you can't tell cuz it's gated . There are also other mansions that are hidden on island .
