This is a really good moment for Johnathan but I don’t like how Clark is just standing there like he doesn’t know how to help his son through a panic attack they could’ve done something better than just making him stand there
At that point of time its better to have someone similar by his side. Granted he has his father's powers however, Jon has been there for him his entire life and has to deal with all of his panic attacks and anxiety issue. So it made sense, the only thing that Jordan needed was to calm down and Jon understood him. Similar to the statement that twins understand each other better than parents can sometimes.

@@DZR-O he's not an incompetent father. The point was to make it seem that brothers need each other. He's not a perfect dad. He knows when he's needed and when he needs to take a step back. That's what a trusting family does. Let someone take the reigns in other matters

@@DZR-O well that's what happens sometimes. I've been in that situation, where I just had to stand on the sidelines because someone else already has control of the situation. Sometimes there is nothing you can do but stand there and be concerned, it is actually quite realistic.
I just had my first panic attack tonight. It was just like this, my superman was my partner. It scared me to death. My son has Autism , and I'm going to be assessed on Tuesday and I think it came out tonight. I was so scared I was really trying to breath but I was just going way too fast!
I’m so sorry you had to go through that! I have them as well. Some things that help me are turning some calming music on and breathing in and holding it and then breathing out and definitely get some comfort items if needed. You just have to remind yourself it’s all temporary it won’t last forever. Ik it’s hard but you can do this!
I love this scene because it shows that siblings bond my siblings, and i know how to calm ourselves down. My mom and everyone tried, but we are the only ones who understand each other. That's that siblings' bond.
