I agree with what you said about pricing. That this is a hobby not a business yet. So pricing them based on what you feel is fair for your time and will sell. Good luck!
Also, good job on pricing with only going on gut! I have a spreadsheet where i calculate my prices based on time/yarn/stuffing/eyes, I use $18/hour to help account for the hours and hours of non crocheting market prep and time at the market + Setup/takedown/driving etc since it’s not just the time spent crocheting the item. And our prices are similar. Also one thing that kids and adults love but kids go absolutely feral for are axolotls. I always sell out. I use my own unreleased pattern with a 24st head/18st body and legs that takes about an hour to make and sell them for $25.
Okay I had to leave a comment bc I’m dyinggg… I giggled a little but tried holding it in to not to be mean but I LOST IT when you said she just needs some bangs 😂😂😂 I’ve made river and have a river wip as we speak and I’m gonna have to make sure I pay attention so mine doesn’t need bangs either 😂

Tact the head of the turtle to the shell, I made a few of those myself
