    Do you think you could use a belt as its not practical to have a rope when you're out and about

      Yes, a belt would work great. We mention this in the first "Fight With A Rope Video".

      ... As Long as your trousers don't fall down...😂 But seriously I think the towel distraction idea is great and much easier for anyone who isn't as skilled as the expert in this clip.

      Rope length: 24 to 36 inches. By the time you tie a knot at each end of the rope for weight, aim for closer to 36 inches.
