@thiefkagx Yes, because the engine breaks if you exceed 60 FPS, but you can resolve it by setting a minimum of 100 FPS and limiting it in Riva Tuner, resulting in a slightly improved performance.

This game is very CPU limited. For those who have a CPU bottleneck you prolly won't get there with 60 fps all of the time unfortunately.
yes even with a ryzen 7 7800xed or 14900k you will bottleneck, this game is way worse then fallout 3 and 4
