My cousin got 25 years for being the middle man in getting marijuana to an undercover cop. The worst part is the actual dealer with a lengthy record only got 12 years, while my cousin who had never been in trouble and being his first arrest got 25yrs. Supposedly because my cousin was the one who transported the weed in his car even tho the dealer was in the passenger seat. They said since its his car so everything in the car is his and thus is responsible for it. This was 9 years ago so he still has 16 more years to serve.

My cousin got 25 years for being the middle man in getting marijuana to an undercover cop. The worst part is the actual dealer with a lengthy record only got 12 years, while my cousin who had never been in trouble and being his first arrest got 25yrs. Supposedly because my cousin was the one who transported the weed in his car even tho the dealer was in the passenger seat. They said since its his car so everything in the car is his and thus is responsible for it. This was 9 years ago so he still has 16 more years to serve.
