Mate you're a fucking legend. With PES having zero content this year and the awful fifa patches I was left absolutley deflated, you have saved fifa for me. Hopefully they actually keep hypermotion for FIFA 23 or even better if PES brings back all its content.

Good inspiration. I used a little bit different sliders, but very similar. I play only FUMA and it is real challenge :) Every goal is great satisfaction for me :) I try your sliders, looks fine. But is different if you play Premier League, or 4th english league. And sliders dont work if AI wants to shoot goal.

@@SpoonyPizzas Yeah. Just go to Customise > Edit Teams > Club Transfers. Probably worth downloading the latest updated squads first. (Customise > Edit Teams > Download Update). Just make sure you don’t download the update after doing your manual transfers as it’ll reset the teams.
I tried your sliders with small adjustments and I enjoy the game. It's finally playable. Now I just have to do all the transfers manually so that I can start my career. I wonder if it is better to take fifa 23? With FIFA 22, I know that there are no more updates and that the gameplay will not change, unlike 23.
Hey Spoony. Great video. I used your sliders, but I felt that I still needed to slow the game down a little more so I made two changes. First, I turned down player acceleration to 27. Then I tried something that I have never tried before. I went into controller settings and switched off “analog sprint“. This seems to have made a significant change in the way the game is played because I find myself constantly sprinting all over the pitch. With this switched off, the impact of sprinting is drastically reduced and the game looks much more realistic IMHO). Try it. On another note. i’m giving strong consideration to switching back to a gaming PC set up. The main reason is because if I wait for EA sports and Konami to finally figure out how to make a proper sim football game I may end up having to ask the nurse in my retirement home to switch the TV on for me lol. I’ve noticed how good both these games look with PC mods. PES 2021, with the right combination of mods, looks and plays far better than the latest iteration. And I recently discovered that the FIFA community also produces mostly free mods that fix many of the problems that game has. There are mods out there that drastically reduce the twitchiness, sliding and arcade style game play that can only be marginally dealt with using game sliders. Thoughts?
I've not tried FIFA mods tbh, briefly some turf mods which didn't really help all that much. As for PES 2021... If you enjoy that then the mods take that to the next level mate.

I’ve tried messing with those sliders too, I had it at 30 which wasn’t bad but somewhat static on certain situations. I’ve used OS community sliders, and from what I’ve tested changing sliders kind of messes up the ai, throws their run timing off and since they’re used to making impossible passes they end up turning the ball over even on ultimate difficulty “. I’ve really tried to make this game work but at this point I can’t wait until master league comes to efootball🤦🏾♂️ such a shame fifa really used to be my favourite games until the newer ones started to come out
Nice video. Unfortunately even with sliders FIFAs gameplay is excruciatingly painful to play. Everyone looks the same plays the same. Its pretty horrible. It’s not designed for manual players either. Its a no from me. And I’m sure FIFA 23 will be the same 😬
Injury frequency doesn't get effected unless it's above 75, in my settings i have this very high on 95 and in game you'll see players actually pull up with a injury....The injury severity i lower down to 35 as you don't want every injury a ACL lol. With these injury settings you will get quite a few players out your squad at one time, i had three players out with broken toes 3 months out😂
Had to move back to FIFA with the state PES is. Better than nothing and I am enjoying it. Will try these sliders. I play on both Xbox and PS5 so I can compare the two. One with and one without slider's
The errors on touches and passes is WAY to high. It just makes rhe scripting come out more. Bad touches and passes happen, but it's happening far too often even over the most basic touches and passes. Other than that, very good

Slider manipulation is pointless because the game randomly changes all the sliders in the background anyway. If you increase something by 10 points then the game may have already decreased it by 10 in the background meaning you end up in the middle again. Or you may increase by 10 and the game also increases by 10 so you end up at +20 for that slider setting and this creates strange results. Hidden slider manipulation is EA's way of introducing more randomness into games but also a way of increasing difficulty (amongst other things).
No evidence of code or admissions from EA employees if that's what you mean. But I trained and worked as a programmer and I have played FIFA so much that this became obvious to me. Especially after I saw that EA gives you the opportunity to change sliders yourself. EA reveals how the randomness/difficulty in the game is coded by showing you those sliders. How else would you explain why a CPU team in one match play faultless, fast attacking football where you can't get the ball when the previous time you played them they were really slow and made lots of bad passes? Look at the marking slider as an example. Wait for a game where the CPU team gets the ball back easily all the time. Then look how closely the CPU players are to your players. It's obvious it's background slider manipulation of the CPU marking setting. I think once you think about this idea of background slider manipulation for a few matches it becomes really clear how EA have tried to introduce randomness in the game and also how they've tried to increase difficulty. Unfortunately sometimes they make far too extreme background changes which leads to peculiar gameplay e.g. where a lower league team play faultless fast paced, perfect pass football whilst at the same time your players are all slow and mess up passes and shots. Those kinds of games feel unnatural and put people off the game but it's also those kinds of games that make it really obvious that background slider manipulation is happening.
The physics of the ball and players in FIFA still kinda shity, but not gona lie, with sliders this game looking much better

On fifa you’d have to do the transfers manually. EA might do one final squad update before FIFA 23, but I wouldn’t count on it.
