Here is rare, silent footage of Buster Mathis defeating Joe Frazier at the 1964 U.S. Olympic trials. Frazier was named to the U.S. team as an alternate, but when a hand injury forced Mathis to the sidelines, Frazier stepped in and won the gold medal.
