Even with the stuck quality to his singing, I would say that he’s cleaner than Taerae and stronger than NingNing (he’s definitely not as soft as she is). Nonetheless, it is safe to say that he’s below DK. Speaking about tiers though, if NingNing is in A-AA, then I would say why not for Seungsik lol.
