just wanted to say thank you for your case reviews.. your opinions on cases really mirror how i look at cases and it HELPS when i am looking at a case for my device
I purchased this case for my blue titanium 15 Pro Max (on release day) and it's honestly the best case I've owned! At first I was a bit worried its too big, but only took a few days to get used to it and now I love it...especially the atlantic blue color. I can appreciate the thickness of the case and I know my Pro Max is protected. Really appreciate this review and everything was spot-on!
Do you notice oily fingerprint smudging on the back of it? Or no?
Is it magnetic and are the buttons easy enough to press?

Great video Tee! I spoke with Nomad about this case a week or so ago and they said they changed the material on the back a little bit to resist smudging more than last year. Last year showed some oil from your hands, which isn’t a huge deal, just curious if you noticed an improvement on this front? Thanks!!
I can’t really tell a huge difference but when I get home I’ll do some handling with it and see if I can tell a difference, I’ll report back on MR.

Did all my buttons orange with the rhino shield mod nx case for the 12, same buttons worked with the 15 as well

How does this compare to the Speck Presidio? This case is beautiful but I’m afraid it won’t work well with a MagSafe wallet…. My top priorities are protection (without a ton of bulk) and wallet.
I think it’s between this Nomad, Speck, MagBak

Any updates? Im between this, and speck, and maybe esr/benks. I have 15pro and I am so mad speck modified the camera bump on the pro size (not pro max) and doesnt offer full protection. CMON SPECK
@@lilmarine32speck had to design the smaller iPhone size with less of a bump around camera not sure why you do not know this MagSafe accessories work great for pro max but they don’t fit great for iPhone pro smaller size so on some cases when you place your MagSafe wallet on the wallet goes up the camera ring which means your are not getting 100% magnet strength some cases have huge camera bumps they don’t work with MagSafe accessories so speck now sell’s MagSafe accessories like a wallet you should try it I have heard great things so take a look at what MagSafe accessories really look like on the smaller iPhone it’s not a perfect system but then again it’s not a perfect world. If you don’t like it buy a max or go with bellroy who makes a case and wallet
Honestly this is giving me strong throwback vibes to the OG Pitaka iPhone 11 MagEZ Case Pro, one of my favorite cases. Raised corners on the back to prevent rocking, microfiber insert, let's go! Now all we need is an aramid version.
Man an aramid fiber version would be fire.

You probably don’t use a holster for your iPhone, but if you do, what holster do you recommend? I’ve been using Otterbox defender cases for years and they come with a belt-clip holster. However, I want to try a different brand of case for when I get the iPhone 15 pro max. I’m lending more towards getting a Mous case; however, they don’t come with belt-clip holsters. I’m also thinking about trying those pouch holster type cases that support phones with cases on them. Your suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
they make the cases for the whole line up. the limited colors are for the pro models as of right now.

I'm interested in whether a popsocket will stick to the back of phone cases. I looked at a range of phones but have to rule out many for this reason.
Gotta get ya a MagSafe popsocket then all ya gotta do is make sure a case is MagSafe. Popsocket makes a great MagSafe wallet with a popsocket built in too
the blue cases button is blue too. its just not as noticeable
I personally think for a rugged case it does not have enough screen lip

The lack of the additional magnet and the inaccurate cutouts are a huge turn off for me.
So it does have the additional magnet it’s just not in the inner material.

Having issues with the action button. I could activate the action button just by pressing on the side of the case just above it. Gross.
I got the rugged for my iPhone 15 pro and I found the action button is stuck and not tactile as the other buttons which have a very solid click. It makes the action button very easy to activate and feels mushy too. Anyone else have this issue or have I possibly got a dud case? Expected better from nomad.

Purchased the case locally for the pro (6.1) and there was an issue with the alignment of the action button. I brought the case back to store to exchange & we tried all the rugged cases in stock. Regardless of the colors the action button still didn't function properly. Hopefully its addressed. Has anyone had this issue? I still want that ultra orange colorway :(
same problem here. The action button feels very weird, doesnt even feel like im pressing it. Very unfortunate since its actually a great case

I have two, no problem with the Action button on either.
Tried 2 of them and had the same issue. It also makes it very easy to depress the action button with slight pressure on that corner of the case. Super annoying

this case would be what i buy if the cutouts were the exact size of the ports & the speakers. Also, lanyard spots don’t make any sense to me 😬

The double lanyard connections are actually designed for a cross-body sling, similar to a camera strap.

Yeah it’s a little on the bigger side for sure. Some people want that level of protection so it’s something out there for everyone.

Waiting on FedEx to bring my iPhone 15 Pro Max today, i plan on getting a case, but i dont like bulky heavy cases. I never drop my phones. On my current 13PM, i have the Apple leather case, and really like it.

looks like its easy pass on....not at all worth for the price tag of this case....lot more cases available way better for half of the price.
Yeah Nomad cases can be pretty pricey for sure. That’s one thing that comes with their accessories.
The chunkiness doesn’t necessarily translate to ruggedness. There’s slimmer cases that offer better protection. The price is way off for a plastic case.
The ESR armour case is half the price but better protection
It’s Nomad, most of their accessories are expensive but at the end of the day it’s an option out there for someone.
I think the Atlantic Blue (dark blue) is just so boring and bland.
