Gospel of Mark calls Jesus God in every chapter

  • I recently engaged in an online discussion with a Muslim. He argued that Mark’s Gospel is the earliest written and as such Jesus is a fully human non-divine figure. By the time we get to John (what he reckoned was the latest written Gospel), only then is Jesus understood as God incarnate. In other words, his argument was that there’s a progression in time with the belief of Jesus’ divinity. Here’s how I answered that by walking through the Gospel of Mark for him showing how Jesus is referred to as divine in every chapter.

Peter (Rock) James (supplanter) John (Grace) went up on the mountain. Read right to left. Grace supplants rock ( tablets of stone). Grace supplants the old way with rules regulations and ordinances with a personal relationship. On the mountain Jesus confirmed with Moses and Elijah that He had in fact fulfilled every law and every prophecy about Himself.
This short video was very well done.

😂 Peter doesn't mean rock, the word Kepha means "small pebble" SINGULAR, not rock (which you try to make plural).
And besides, Jesus said "on this ROCK I will build my church".
Since you are lieing and trying to correlate the rock to the tablets of stone, this quote from Jesus makes you sound foolish

Well, as you're reading the Gospels make sure you read the cover sheet if your Bible is of a newer one. The Christian Scholars will tell you that the Gospels are ANONYMOUS. They don't KNOW who wrote them. And as you're reading the Gospels, ask yourself what time the women visited the tomb. Was the sun shining or was it dark? If you answered the sun was shining, you would be CORRECT. However, if you said it was dark you would be CORRCT. Who were the women? You will find different accounts according to the Gospels. What was their purpose? Different accounts. Was the tomb open? Yes and no. BOTH answers are correct. Who was at the tomb? Different accounts according to the Gospels. What did the messenger say? Different accounts. When Mary returned to the tomb did, she know Jesus had been resurrected? YES and NO. 😂

Very great info from him! I have typed up some myself for when good people have trouble with the Trinity and the deity of Jesus. Please feel free to not read since it is rather long, but I love to share Jesus!
      God's Finger:
      (Adoni Jehovah)
      Exodus 31:18
And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.
      Deuteronomy 9:10
Then the Lord delivered to me two tablets of stone written with the finger of God, and on them were all the words which the Lord had spoken to you on the mountain from the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.
      Jeremiah 17:13
O Lord, the hope of Israel,
All who forsake You shall be ashamed.
      “Those who depart from Me
Shall be written in the earth,
Because they have forsaken the Lord,
      The fountain of living waters.”
      Jesus' Finger:
      John 8:5-9
5 Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?” 6 This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear.
7 So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” 8 And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. 9 Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
Jesus is saying by His actions that He wrote the law of Moses, and He fulfilled the prophecy of Jeremiah 17:13 writing the names in the earth and the people forsook and departed from Him. The passage in Jeremiah speaks of God as the fountain of living water.
      John 7:38-39
38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” 39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
Jesus tells them that He can provide their hearts with rivers of living water. He was speaking in terms of the Holy Spirit. I thought God was the fountain of living waters? How can this be?
I give you the Trinity - together in one place.
      Revelation 22:1
22 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.
One throne. 3 persons, yet 1.
      But wait, there's more.
      The Shepherd:
      Isaiah 40:10-11
Behold, the Lord God shall come with a strong hand,
      And His arm shall rule for Him;
Behold, His reward is with Him,
      And His work before Him.
      11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd;
He will gather the lambs with His arm,
And carry them in His bosom,
And gently lead those who are with young.
      Psalm 23:1
      The LORD is my shepherd;
      I shall not want.
      John 10:11 (Jesus)
“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.
      John 10:14-16
14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. 15 As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.
How can God and Jesus both be the Shepherd? How can they both be the source of living waters at the same time? Because Jesus is one with the Father, and He is God.
      The temple:
      Ezekiel 37:26-28
26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them, and it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; I will establish them and multiply them, and I will set My sanctuary in their midst forevermore. 27 My tabernacle also shall be with them; indeed I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 28 The nations also will know that I, the Lord, sanctify Israel, when My sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.” ’ ”
      Revelation 21:22
But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.
Isn't God the temple? How then can the Lamb also be? Because He is one with God the Father, and He is God.
      The Lamp:
      2 Samuel 22:29
      “For You are my lamp, O Lord;
The Lord shall enlighten my darkness.
      Isaiah 60:19-20
19 “The sun shall no longer be your light by day,
      Nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you;
But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light,
      And your God your glory.
20 Your sun shall no longer go down,
      Nor shall your moon withdraw itself;
For the Lord will be your everlasting light,
And the days of your mourning shall be ended.
      Psalm 119:105
Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path.
      John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
      Revelation 21:23-24
23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. 24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it.
Wait... God AND the Lamb are the light? Yes, because Christ is one with God, and He is God.
      Firstfruits:
      Jeremiah 2:3
Israel was holiness unto the Lord, and the firstfruits of his increase: all that devour him shall offend; evil shall come upon them, saith the Lord.
      Revelation 14:4
These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
The redeemed (Children of the Israelites) were firstfruits to God and the Lamb? Yes, because They are one.
      Judgement:
      Jeremiah 17:10
I, the Lord, search the heart,
      I test the mind,
Even to give every man according to his ways,
According to the fruit of his doings.
God, Adoni Jehovah, right? Partially. Jesus is one with the Father.
      Revelation 2:23
I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works.
      Jesus speaking:
      Revelation 22:12
And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.
      Also Jesus:
      Revelation 22:13
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
So you see, Jesus is one with God the Father and the Holy Spirit. The Holy Trinity, 3 persons yet 1 God.
He is the finger. He is the temple. He is the shepherd. He is the lamp. He is the judge.
Jesus is God. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. May Christ reign eternal in your heart forever, for Jesus is God and Lord of all!

You have to read the whole story like in this case the book to really start to understand right now what i understand so far is yes god is the judging one but also just, like some dude man a christian is gonna laugh at me, well basically the dude served the lord and god wanted to test him so he asked for is son you know what i mean? I was stunned like whuuut but i read further and god stopped him and the dude basically shanked a lamp instead. Remember the world lamp, perhaps even know it. As you read the book ofc you gonna hear about jesus then you start to connect and see by what he did and said written down well basically recordet back then by many belivers and non followers, connect what again?
See that jesus is actually that lamp that shed blood for our sins and man dont tell me you dont got them and biiiig ones i know where that anger at god comes from im fighting the devil everyday you thing im just cussing and joking here? Its all jokes but serious out here and you need to figure out keep on fighting against god, read that damn book and connect, i learned you cant just read a sentence and understand the whole concept you get me? And he did not permit him but said to him, “Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” And he went away and began to proclaim in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him, and everyone marveled.“

That was because Jesus didn't have any powers of his own. It was God who worked THROUGH Jesus who was the source of the miracles.
Humans cannot do miracles. See Acts 2:22 which makes it clear that Jesus didn't do any miracles using his own power.
Acts 3:7 With that 'Peter' took hold of him by the right hand and raised him up. Instantly his feet and his ankles were made firm; 8 and leaping to his feet, he began walking and went with them into the temple, walking and leaping and praising God.
No praise was showered on Peter.

Interesting thing about Isaiah 40 saying “the voice of the One crying in the wilderness”. There are 39 books in the OT and 27 in the New. This makes it 66 books. Isaiah reads like a mini Bible as there are 66 chapters Isaiah. The first 39 chapters are about law, the 40th chapter makes a complete 180 just like the book of Matthew in the NT. However, it’s believed that Mark is the earliest of the four gospels. So, 39th book of Isaiah is like the end of the OT. The 40th chapter is like the start of the NT, which goes on to “prepare the way of our Lord”.

Father in heaven is spirit, Yahusha on earth is flesh! For the time being. Spirit always trumps flesh! We were created in Elohim's image. Body, spirit, and soul. Three but one. We cannot however manifest the three separately like He can! Regarding Mark Chapter 1, Jesus clarifies what seems to be confusing people about John preparing the Way of the Lord: Jesus clearly says - I am the Way, the Truth and the Light. No one comes to the Father except through me. So there you have it. Jesus is not the LORD he is the Way to the the Lord. John made paths straight for The Way of the Lord.
Regarding Mark Chapter 2 and Jesus forgiving sins Jesus does correct the commenter when he says, "But that you may know that the *Son of Man* has authority on earth to forgive sins” Mark 2:10. THe Son of Man means human. It doesn't mean God. But some of you might say, "But what about Daniel 7"? The son of Man figure comes to the Ancient of Days. He isn't the Ancient of Days. And if you read the entire interpretation of the vision, in verse 27, the fact that the son of man is given a kingdom means that the people are given kingdom. The reason is because the son of man represents humans. There is one mediator between God and man, the man, Christ Jesus.
Furthermore, the assertion that only God can give forgive sins (which is only claimed by the Jews in scripture) is false according to Jesus for he tells his disciples that they have the authority to forgive sins in John 20:23 saying "If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.” Further more the fact that the Jews interpreted Jesus as claiming the authority to forgive sins for humanity is further confirmed in a parallel passage in Matthew 9:8, where it says, "When the crowds saw this, they were filled with awe and glorified God, who had given such authority to men." So the crowds correctly interpreted that when Jesus said in Matthew 9:6, "But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins...” It meant that Jesus was declaring that humans actually have the authority to forgive sins thus contradicting the false doctrine claimed by the Jews and some other false teachers that only God can forgive sins.
I feel no need to address any of the rest of this false teaching. No where does Mark actually claim or teach that Jesus is God. Just listing impressive feats of Jesus does not make him God for the Bible explains, "...God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him." Acts 10:38

Also, the book of Ezekiel calls Ezekiel "son of man" about a million times and yet no one thinks Ezekiel is God or it's a claim to deity.
Great point about Jesus being the Way.

If Jesus is not God the Son then there is a blatant contradiction in Hebrews 1:8 - But of the SON he says, "Your throne, O GOD, is forever and ever." As well, Revelation 1 clearly states that God calls himself The First and the Last. Then Jesus claims this title, and again in Revelation 22:13-16. Those who deny his divinity are precisely those whom John warns about in the Revelation.

    • @maxspringer01
      @maxspringer01 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@timtherrien7843 After saying of the son "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever", Hebrews 1 goes on to say in verse 9, "Therefore GOD, YOUR GOD, has anointed you". Jesus, even in his post-resurrected and ascended state, still has a God over Him. Even if Jesus is theos (greek for g/God), He is still the kind of God *who Himself has a God.* However, we cannot say this is the case of the one true, most high God. That God (the Father) never, ever, ever has a God over Him.
Additionally, Hebrews 1:8 is a reference to the human psalmic king in Psalm 45. In that Psalm, "Your throne, O GOD" is directed not at God, but at a human king. All this means is that the Bible shows that the word for "god" just has a broader application than the narrow one we ascribe to it. There are beings called "god" who are not the ultimate-source-of-reality God. Jesus is one of those who can be called "theos" and it doesn't mean He is the most high God. That's the Father.
Even Jesus Himself tells the Jews in John 8 that their God (i.e. the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of the Old Testament) is not himself, is not the Trinity, but is in fact -- the Father. In John 8:54 Jesus says to the Jews, “If I glorify Myself, My glory means nothing. *The One who glorifies Me is My Father, of whom you say ‘He is our God.’*
If you look at all the instances in the Bible regarding the First/Last, Alpha/Omega, Beginning/End, that's not the whole thing that's going on. To focus in on the narrow phrase "the First and the Last" omits the surrounding context in each of those cases. Rather, the title is more like our modern day G.O.A.T. We may call someone "the GOAT" (meaning, the Greatest Of All Time), but there is more to it. If someone says a person is the GOAT, then the natural response is "of what?" Someone may be the GOAT but in reference to basketball, someone else may be the GOAT but in reference to swimming. Same title, but in reference to different accomplishments, and it doesn't mean they are the same person. "First and Last" in the NT just designates the whole of anything, from beginning to end. It means someone is unique, completely alone in a certain category. So like in Revelation 1:8, it says of God, "I am the Alpha and the Omega,’ says the Lord God, ‘who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." Yes, God is the unique one, completely alone in the category that He has always existed and ever will exist. Same thing applies in Isaiah 44:6 when God says "“I am the first and I am the last, and there is no God except me.” God is unique, alone in the category of the God that He is.
And in Revelation 22:13, Jesus says "“I am coming quickly, and my reward is with me, to render each one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last…" Notice Jesus does not say "I am the First and the Last, there is no other God besides me". Instead, He is the First and the Last, the unique one who's job it is to render to each one according to his work. No one else does that, only Jesus. This phrase doesn't mean He's God.
      God bless.

    • @austin3789
      @austin3789 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@timtherrien7843 Heb 1:8 can, and should actually be translated as "Your throne is God forever and ever" It's a statement like God is your shield (2 Sam 22:3) where God is the sorce of your protection. It's a reference to the fact that the source of Christ's authority to rule is God himself.
That's why Acts 2:36 says that God made Jesus Lord. Jesus wasn't Lord till God made him so according to God's own will. And also why Jesus says he was given all authority (Matthew 28:18), Jesus didn't have all authority until God gave him this. God doesn't need to have anyone give him authority, but Christ does. And as Paul says everything is subjected under Christ except God who subjected all things to Christ (1 Cor 15:27).
Jesus explains what he means by being the first and the last in context: "I died, and behold I am alive forevermore." Rev 1:18
Thus being God's unique image, Jesus will uniquely share some titles with God like other men who share some of Gods less unique titles like (Lord, or Father, or even King of Kings)
But more important than the titles that are shared is the titles that are never shared. Jesus is never called the Only True God, is never called the Most High God and is never called the Almighty.
Jesus has the Father as his God ( John 20:17). The Most High God has no other God above him for he is the Most High, the "God of gods" (Deut 10:17, Ps. 136:2, Ps 82:6).

By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
This verse would disagree see with you. As well as the fact that people don't come back into existence in the Bible. In almost every instance, whether the man was righteous or unrighteous, he "went to sleep with his fathers". Someone sleeping doesn't disappear from reality everything they sleep. It even says in the New Testament, 2 Corinthians 5:8 KJV
We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

I heard the idea of claims for the divinity of Jesus progressing over time in the gospels recently in a video of a conversation of Alex O'Connor with Barth Ehrman. The latter claimed that in Mark Jesus never claimed he was God. Right away I opened chapter 14 where asked by the High priest Jesus said He was The Son of God. Not a son of God like the angels but The Son of God. Is The Son of God less God than God The Father? The idea that Jesus didn't claim He was God was forcefully introduced in order to compromise the clear teaching of the New Testament and all four gospels included. All along the course of His time on earth Jesus was proving and showing He is God. Let's go with the opposite question: Where did Jesus ever said He wasn't God?

Also note the use of the "Ego eimi"-the "I am" self-declaration that Jahweh gives to Moses, and which Jesus uses (when He walks on the sea) to comfort the disciples, and also uses at his trial, to emphasise His identity as Daniel 7's Son of Man.

A very impressive and glorious summation of why Jesus was crucified. It was not all the benevolent acts of Mercy, Kindness, Healing, and Miracles. It was His Declarations of who He was. I believe that He needed to disclose those truths to be morally just. He has worked on behalf of humanity with all of those old testament prophets and even organized this Earth! What would be most advantageous and even necessary if the biblical narrative is followed? A Savior, who is Christ, The Lord is the Answer! Oh what a Savior we have and thanks be to God for Him. This is why I pray to God in the name of Jesus, The Christ, The One Appointed to help us in our lost and fallen state. Oh what hope, and what an Example of how to live and succeed in mortality! Thanks for allowing comments. Hopefully, you can acknowledge The Father of Our Beloved and Singular Savior Jesus, The Christ and as Jesus taught that if you know Me, you would know who sent Me!

This is another fulfillment of 2 Timothy 3:13.
John the Baptist would know whom he was expecting.
Matthew 11:2 But John, having heard in jail about the works of the Christ, sent his disciples 3 to ask him: “Are you the Coming One, OR ARE WE TO EXPECT A DIFFERENT ONE?”
There is no other God, to be expecting another. Jesus was the expected Messiah whom God promised to SEND. Jesus confirms this to John's disciples.
Verse 4 In reply Jesus said to them: “Go and report to John what you are hearing and seeing:..............
God doesn't go around masquerading as an angel or human. And certainly cannot get himself killed by his creation. Frankenstein comes to mind.
God NEVER CHANGES. Malachi 3:6 and confirmed by Jesus at John 4:24.

He is divine-He is the Son of God. That is why He bears the Name of His Father and possesses the power and ability to give life. God's character is inherited by His Son, and God Himself is revealed in His Son. This profound truth was so evident that when Paul regained his eyesight for the first time, he proclaimed that Jesus is the Son of God. Would Paul, after such an extraordinary experience, utter a lie? No, I don’t think so! Paul spoke the truth. And Jesus always spoke the truth about Himself: that He is the Son of God, sent from the Father, representing His Father, and willingly sacrificed His life to satisfy the righteousness of His Father who happened to be God Allmyghty!

thank you for making this video as it gives me a lot to contemplate as i am struggling in my understanding and i feel this will help me so much! i cannot believe how blind i have been with the very first example you give!!!! Thank you sooooo much❤ i fell for the apologetic teachings of the rabbis but in 2022 i got my faith back that Yeshua is the Messiah but i have been struggling with trying to understand about how Yeshua and God are One... and this verse and Isaiah 40:3 really is making a big impact on me right now. I am still confused though if Yeshua is God then why would He say those who do the will of His Father can be His brother, sister, or mother. The verse in Psalms is a really good point you gave as well and also about Moses and Elijah going to the mountain to meet God! Job 9:8 i never noticed the connection before to Yeshua walking on the water!! And Yeshua healing the blind and mute i never noticed the correlation to Exodus 4:11! Wow! That is awesome! This video you made is so powerful... thank you!

And then Hebrews chapter verses 1 to 14 says it all. It is through the Son that the universe and the foundations of the Earth was created.
In Isaih 9:6 it says, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting FATHER, The Prince of Peace”
Then there's the fact that throughout the Old Testament, God appears as THE Angel of the Lord. Jesus is THE Angel of the Lord and, of course, reduces Himself by taking on a mortal form as Jesus.
Blessed be THE ONE AND ONLY Elohim. We bow before You, King Immanuel!

Amen sir! Thank YOU LORD for allowing this man to make this video! GOD bless you sir for listening to HIM.
Oh before I go YEHOSHUA wants you to know His Name, HIS Hebrew Name, if you don’t know already that is, and why you MUST use it.
You see all though many Greek translations were found. This doesn’t over ride the fact that YHWH came as an Israelite and had an Israelite Name.
And all the writers of the New Testament were poor fishermen Israelites who didn’t know nor need to know Greek except for maybe Paul because he was a Pharisee and knew a lot of different languages. And MAYBE, (and that is a strong maybe), Luke who was a physician.
Also, (I’m sure you probably already know this but I’m going to mention it for others), the letter J wasn’t invented until the 1500s and the Name “Jesus,”wasn’t invented until the 1600s.
Yes there’s a site online claiming that it was first used in 2000 and some BC. But if you click on it the name they refer to is actually Hadad. I’m not sure why google thinks this is the name “Jesus,” or why the site does when plainly it says the name above. 🤔
Anyways His Name is YEHOSHUA HAMASHIACH. He came as a Hebrew not a Greek and so His name is also Hebrew.
Why people give honour to everyone else by using their birth name but translate many of the names in the Bible including The GOD of glory’s I don’t know nor understand but there it is.
The reason YHWH wants us to know and say His Name is this:
The Bible says, “And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.” Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭21‬ ‭
This is referring to the last days which we are currently in now.
Now about YHWH’s chosen Name and why it is necessary for us today to call it.
Don’t worry about those who have gone on and only knew of the “Jesus,” name. As for those who went on before us as Abraham said,
“…shall not The Judge of all the earth do right?” (Genesis 18:25).
    Back to His Name.
Yehoshua means literally, “YAHWEH IS SALVATION,” or “YAHWEH SAVES or YAHWEH SAVE.”
HaMaShiach means, “The Annointed.” So His Name is “YAHWEH SAVES the Annointed or YAHWEH SAVE the Annointed. So when we say His true Name we are saying, “YAHWEH SAVE the Annointed.”
But if we call out saying “Jesus” we’re not saying that. The Name Jesus really has no meaning. But in recent years people have been saying that Jesus means “Saviour.” So for arguments sake we’ll go with that.
Christ does mean the Annointed but if a person calls out Jesus Christ they’re saying, “Saviour The Annointed.”
Now why is this important to know?
Because once a person receives salvation (Acts 2:38, Acts 10:44-48) and continue to walk in the ordinances of Yehoshua they are the Annointed, (2 Corinthians 1:21-22).
So when we call out, “Yehoshua HaMaShiach,” we are saying three things we are saying, “YAHWEH SAVES The Annointed,” and, “YAHWEH SAVE The Annointed” and also “YAHWEH IS SALVATION of Annointed.”
(Side note the Hebrew word for “the” also means “of.” “Ha,” is the transliteration of the Hebrew word. Depending on the context is when it means “the,” or “of”).
His Name is telling a message to the world that YHWH saves the annointed and we who are the Annointed are calling out for YHWH to save us.
And that is why those who don’t know or call His NAME will miss the Rapture because it clearly states in the Bible that whosoever calls upon The NAME of The LORD will be saved because they are saying to Him, “save me!” From what you or others might ask?
We who are already born are saved from hell and the lake of fire so what else is there to be saved from? The wrath to come.
That is the first reason I’ll give. In order of importance it’s pretty important. But this next reason is even more so.
Your name is (insert your name here I don’t know it 😅). How would you feel if on your wedding day your bride instead of saying your name when saying the vows she calls you a name that isn’t yours?
You’d think that she had cheated on you or was in love with some man named John and the wedding would be off, you would not be getting married to her.
As you know the Bible calls us the bride of Yehoshua HaMaShiach, (John 3:29, Revelation 22:17).
We know it says so because it is the closest thing to what our relationship with Yehoshua HaMaShiach will be when we reach heaven because in Yehoshua there’s neither male nor female, (Galatians 3:28). But we are being made into and are His Body. We are literally His Body if we’re born again and have a relationship with Him down to knowing His Name.
Now in order to be part of the bride, part of His Body, we MUST know His Name. We MUST. Recently we’ve really been talking about this in particular. His Name that is. Because He wants us to know it and to say it and to tell others such as yourself what it is and why you MUST say it.
He die want to leave anyone behind. But we must know Him, His Name, and have a relationship with HIM to
    make it.
Remember everyone who is born again isn’t going in the rapture. The laodiceans in Revelations 3 got left behind.
You see Paul explains it plainly in Romans 11 that not only would all Israel be saved because GOD HIMSELF had blinded them for the sake of the Gentiles (Romans 11:7-8, &26), but that the born again Gentiles were now considered an Israelite by being grafted in by being born again.
So being born again means that the person is saved, from what? Eternal damnation, (hell and the lake of fire). But this doesn’t make them part of the bride or body of Yehoshua HaMaShiach. Nor does it guarantee being raptured after all Israel will still be here then as well. And they will STILL be GOD’s people.
The rapture is for the bride.
That’s all for now, this was quite long for which I apologize, I truly couldn’t make it any shorter.
Now for those who don’t know, how do you become saved? Become born again?
“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the Name of Yehoshua HaMaShiach for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”
    ‭‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭38‬ ‭
Okay that’s all. I pray to see with Yehoshua safely in heaven when He raptures us home.
