you can't go to k-13 from your starbase yet because your fleet hasn't unlocked the inter-fleet shuttle to it yet :) also many of the starbase (and others) unique things ( the outfit stands, the tribbles, the bar/dance floor) are considered "special projects" and take a lot of Dil. like right now several special ones are being run for k-13.

not sure about fleet I am in first I was on trial today loged in think I have been moved to another teem or fleet within this fleet reason I say this is when I loged in opened fleet tab the name at top wes totally different from when I joined im confused lol

easy way to get a specific very rare R&D doff is from k-13 holding

Um... My fleet star base is like a shuttle compared to this and I can't even get fleet space weapons...
You need to donate to projects. You donate things like dilithium, credits and sometimes personnel from your duty officers roster. These depends on your project requirements. At certain levels your fleet holdings will unlock equipment like fleet space weapons. The higher the holding level, the more advanced weapons you gain access to.
im stuck so i joind a fleet im a new player level 23 I went to our starbase got a mission officer of the watch were I need to inspect some cadets but im lost as there is five to do all with the same question list about there uniforms each has an error but I don't seem to beable to correct them anyone done this post me a link for a video or something thanks im lost
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the duty officer assignments from the bar, are identical to those available from your ship interior. Accessed easiest from your ready room console, or you can walk to each station. Even faster, a console on your shuttle.
you are correct...the only unique Doff missions on the fleet starbase was the commendation reports which offer alot of fleet marks
They should get permission to use the ixs enterprise from nasa to add to that enterprise wall

anyway as this is a video for fleet starbase I have a question
I have joined a fleet that is how I wanted it not having everthing unlocked
but I am in fleet starbase in part were you can get groun and ship items along with the tailor
but the is no icon above the dude who is ment to do weapons I have looked at the fleet tab but as a new player im confused as it stands I have fleet marks and plenty of credits but don't seem to beable to buy anything?
I have 2 toons at 65 so I need my end game ship don't I how does one progress in a fleet and get access to items im just not getting it lol

The same things as the lifetime members but you need to be in good fleet and donate regularly so you can buy weapons and other things. :)

Yes, you do. Just join the fleet, and donate regularly because there are ranks in fleet through which you get promoted to higher ranks who are able to buy weapons and equipment. Fresh members usually don't have access to fleet resources immediately.
'Fleet' weapons are a bit 'meh'.
Both space,AND ground. In fact, fleet space weapons are a stepping stone to crafted weapons (which can be extremely expensive and a lot better but can be made yourself later) and fleet ground weapons are what you buy a few of interim for bridge officers on route to reputation ground sets.(wont get into that or lobi gear here).

4 years later and the Bar lighting Bloom is still so bad that it's the reason I turn off Bloom.
They'll never update/increase the fleet gear lol, its not in their interest to do so, you have any idea how much they are making off what people spend to upgrade their stuff to XIV/EPIC, theyve introduced to many cstore things related to that, special upgrade boxes and bonus items directed at upgrading gear to epic. The CritD DMGx3 is pretty great considering its basically free, and easy to xiv/epic as it comes at UR and all the fleet stuff has low upgrade xp requirements, averaging like 8-10 universal upgrades to XIV/EPIC. On PS4 Ive already got almost 3 million Fleet Credits, its rediculously easy to get enough to outfit all your ships in fleet gear, which is perfectly adequate unless you want to spend all the resources to increase overall DPS by what most people on reddit say is a few %

I joined a fleet and was having fun then the camand had a fight about favoritism so 1 side stole all the good shit out of the bank and started another fleet then told us all what they did and we should join them. I had put so much into that bank and now the fucking thiefs had the balls to say we fucked your fleet so might as well join us it put me off the game so much that I couldn't play the game anymore

I was afraid this would just be a few rooms. I don't know why I had hopes you would be able to walk around all of starbase. Kinda puts me off joining the game honestly.
from 1 trekkie to another... Data died in Nemesis, prior to enterprise-E decommission. and, i think that, after Nemesis, riker transferred, and Data's "replacement" became first officer with all of data's memories.
ah. that makes more sense, i mostly watch the shows and movies.

You would be serve better with turning these into a series instead of a huge video like this. Maybe 15-20 mins. This huge chunk of video just makes people not want to watch the entire thing.
