Are these Oukitel watches able to take on demand blood pressure readings jn addition to the 24/7 monitoring? Also how frequently does the bp monitoring automatically take a measurement?

No, unfortunately it lit up like a Christmas tree at night, unless it's in DND/night mode.
Does connection with app is stable?
I have zeblaze Stratos 3 (similar in specs with this one) but loosing connection with app is really annoying.
