Rita I can relate on your anxiety about expressing ‘negative’ emotions. I was literally speaking with a friend about this the other day! Watching Disney Pixar’s Inside Out really challenged my thoughts on how negative emotions are perceived.
As humans we’re multifaceted- we should allow each other the grace and room to honestly express ourselves without fear of judgment xx

I feel like it relate to you a lot. I’ve live a life in which I’m afraid of pursuing most of goals out of fear honestly. I’ve always wanted to be a content creator, start an podcast and all that but my fear of failure and anxiety stop me from going ahead. I wish I could be find friends like you that seem to encourage the people around to be better.
