If you want to start a proper business people should be able to benefit of it financially not only the owner. Not like Richard Branson who generates no income for the public he is only costing the public money. If you pay someone a good salary and he brings triple the amount of income back then it's a wise decision. Look for key individuals in a company and keep them. Don't start a company on hire and fire if you're not in business don't advertise. Go big or go home.
