Hi Leanne , one of our go to eve meals at the moment is fresh chicken fillets coated in Gyros seasoning , fried quickly in the pan and we pop it into a pitta bread with iceberg and sliced red onions, we sometimes have fries with it too 😊
Your meals looked really tasty, especially the roast. Love the idea of roast dinner pie, will need to give that a go sometime with any leftovers. Not that there’s much leftovers left at this house 🐷 😂. Also that pink top you wore at the start was very pretty, it really suited you 😊 xx

Hiya Leanne, all the dinners looked soooo good, great way to use up roast left overs too. Martin's stir fry looked delicious 😋 I tried your flatbread suggestion tonight with shredded teriyaki chicken, chopped salad drizzled with garlic & onion dip, husband was a bit suspect at first (he's always weary about new things 🙄) but it went down a treat, so I call that a thumbs up 👍 Hope you managed to catch up on your sleep & are sleeping better 💤 Don't under estimate looking after the children, whilst they are as good as gold, its hard work making sure they are fed, watered, cared for, safe & entertained especially when they are so little. Of course its a joy, but its exhausting mentally as well as physically. xx
