I don't order by the 100s often, so usually Jiffy ends up being cheaper with their free shipping over $59, which may be a reason their rates are slightly higher. Or even when you do pay shipping, it's less than $10 flat rate. You go to the other big vendors and they have high free shipping cutoffs and if you don't meet them, shipping rates are INSANE! I just did this on an order with jiffy vs alphabroder. Alphabroder sweatshirts are FAR cheaper, luckily I hit the free shipping and saved $150 total on my order vs Jiffy. But t shirts, that hasn't been the case most times. So not sure how their free shipping rate kicks in as it doesn't seem to be consistent cart total.
