So in reality the State doesn't have a case if they want to go and listen to what Malema has said now to formulate questions to find him guilty?? so what were the charges did they lay against Malema and what evidence did they have if they want Malema to speak first then formulate their case. The Magistrate "is not make sure". They must cross-examine Malema based on what they have prepared and charged him on with else they are now going to consult with Zondo and Mabuyane's attorney criminal gang to try and trick Malema, the Magistrate shouldn't have allowed this in cross-examination. this is what leads to witch hunt because the state can charge you without proper evidence and a winnable case but depend on postponing and hope to trick you based on what you say instead of providing evidence to the case their have running over 5years. for the past 5 years what did they have to prove that Malema is guilty, this NPA idiot says they want to formulate questions based on legalities but what does the state have against this man? otherwise Malema is there to prove his innocence. the State is just playing along in hoping

If the Judge falls for Malema's pathetic defense's lies, it'll just show that the State is actually scared of convicting him and his bodyguard for committing, yet again, a criminal act.
