C'mon, let's make some rusty, crusty wrought iron fencing!

OHH EMMM GEEE Heather! I am forever your fan!..You have made one of the most ornate fences with the simplest of tools and techniques. I had almost lost faith that I could do miniature,,,until I saw this.. THANK YOUUUUUU!
Yay! Thank you!
Holy moly, Heather, I can't believe how closely you replicated that fence...and to do so with just the basic types of material you used as well!! I would really like to jump inside your head to know what inspired you to begin this series at the start of it all. Your work on this is so fresh and original, unlike anything else you see here on YT. You are really building up the excitement for seeing the completed piece. Okay, I'll stop fangirling now (ha!).
It's Kim! Hey, girl...it took WAY too long to figure this whole process out - you shoulda seen the failures! Listen, I can't tell you how much your kindness means to me - thank you SO much for the amazing feedback - I treasure your thoughts, my friend. xoxo
This is the most incredible tutorial I’ve ever seen and that’s saying something as all of yours are amazing. Those still photos at the end look like footage from a real life scene from a gothic film! Thank you for your generosity in sharing your techniques, templates and knowledge. You really demonstrate how these results can be obtained from pretty basic materials with the right amount of imagination and talent that you have by the bucket full! ❤❤❤ thank you from Nottingham,England xxx
Thank you, Wendy. You are the reason these tutorials were created in the first place. If they are of use to you, that is joyful news indeed. 😘
You have a lot to be proud of with that fence. As always...YOU ROCK!!!
Hey Kim! Thank you, my friend. It's the little victories, girl! xoxo

Monica! What a lovely thing to say, darling - thank you. xoxo
Again!!! I don't have enough adjectives to describe what you do!!! Bravo!! your mind is a wonderful thing..lol
Hi Barb! I'm always just trying to find things that we all might enjoy, and then figuring out how to make 'em easy to do...thank you for being so sweet about it, my friend. xoxo

Well, @Sonia Thompson, with a beautiful message like THIS, I feel OVER appreciated, girl! 💗Thank you for your generous heart, darlin'. I'm quite content to be Queen of Nothing but my own Consciousness, but I'm thrilled by your warm wishes: thank you.
Thanks for sharing, this is really beautiful, I never realized they used gold filigree on wrought iron fencing!
That picket 👑💗with filigree idea!!! 👏🏻
Fun, right, Stephanie? It took me quite some time to figure out an 'easy to reproduce' method, but I think it turned out well. xoxo
Heather Tracy whoa!! to do it so precise using teeny tiny stirrers and toothpicks, takes steadddy fingers!!!! 😘
Definitely one of the coolest tutorials I have seen! FANTASTIC! 💜💜💜
What a beautiful thing to say, Rubbish to Rubies! Thank you! xoxo
@@Thicketworks YW my dear! TFS such amazing inspiration! 😀
Wow! What a beautiful fence out of very humble items well done XX

Oh Heather you are "killing me softly with your words" actually it's more than your words... Your creative Genius, now that's another thing altogether.. WOW!!! Okay! Now, I really can't wait to see this project finished. The suspense of wondering what you'll be creating for next week is already swirling through my mind... what could it possibly be? How, is she going to top this? I wonder, I have no idea. but you always seem to find a way. This is Amazing!!! xoxo I did manage to sneak one WOW in, I couldn't help myself, you're videos, just seem to take away all of my big girl words... LOVE IT!!

Hey Natassa! Yay! It's funny how much satisfaction one can get from solving these 'little problems', girl! Thank YOU for watching! xoxo
@@Thicketworks ❤️❤️❤️ what really impressed me was how you thought to put together all those items...it takes one sharp mind to see, for example, that these arrow picks have just that perfect spear shape, for a genuine gothic fence!!!
I spend WAY too much time scheming about these things, girl! Most grown ups have more important things to do! 😅😘
@@Thicketworks 😂😂😂 does not change the fact that you are so very creative! I'm happy I got to know you
No seriously, how you even come up with the ideas are astonishing. I'm continuously blown away by the products you use and how you utilize them.
This is awesome! I will never look at coffee stirrers and arrow toothpicks the same way!
Hee hee! Yay! That makes me very happy, Hazel. Here's to unorthodox utilization of everyday stuff! xoxo
OMG! So cool! You have good reason to be proud of yourself for this project. I would be patting myself on the back, too = ) I hope this isn't the end of this series, but my imagination doesn't stretch far enough to foresee what could possibly come next. I'm ready to be surprised and thrilled = )
Hi Donna! We have two more Thursdays before All Hallows Eve, girl! Fingers crossed that I can accomplish everything I have in mind in that time! Thank you for being so kind - it means the world. xoxo
Im a beginner in miniatures. I am very picky when it comes to people i follow in this field. I'd like to say, you're on top of my list. I love your style of being intricate an very precise on your designs. Thank you for being an inspiration
OMG! This is an absolutely masterpiece. I love it!!!!
Absolutely awesome! I may be trying and I stress "trying" to replicate some of the things you've done here for a diorama I would like to create for my daughter. I see your feedback is amazing, I knew it would be and you have to be really enjoying yourself creating these spectacular scenes. I'm still fighting for my health but I try to craft a little each day. Thank you for the template, it's stunning! BIG HUGS, GIRL, JUST LOVE WHAT YOU'RE DOING! : )
Dear Anastasia...sending you healing energy! I'm so proud of you for crafting a little every day, while you are ill...it's not easy. Thank you SO much for your encouragement, my friend...and I just know the diorama you will create for your daughter will be AH-mazing! xoxo

Awesome! You explanation is excellent. Thank you!!!
This is so cool and beautiful Usually when I need to make ornate fences, I use those cheap wooden skewers, but your idea is more elaborate. Love it. 😍
Hey Angela! I played around with a LOT of ideas before settling on this one, my friend. Will probably explore more in the future, too! Skewers are awesome - so darn useful! xoxo
You have such incredible ideas and techniques ❤️

OH MY GOD... I love this
Oh, man, I was SO happy when this came together, my friend. Simple, elegant and fun to make. I'm stoked that you like it, too! xoxo
@@Thicketworks I see that you are into the Gothic world which is cool, have you ever thought of doing a Gothic looking diorama for a train?
@@Phoenixknight79 I love that idea. Since this is my first diorama, I haven't really considered creating terrain for a train layout - but that could be epic! I can image a Gothic train station, full of mystery...
@@Thicketworks I build HO scale train dioramas but I'm no where close to how good you are, but I would love to see you do one....
@@Phoenixknight79 I am impressed, my friend. HO scale is demanding! I don't think I could work that small - my eyes won't squint that hard! I have great respect for model railroaders. It's an art-form that demands great precision.
Amazing....
Freakin AMAZING!
Oh, this one was SO satisfying, Susan: I've been a wrought iron freak forever, and always failed to find ways to simulate it in miniature - until now! Yay! xoxo
may seem like a silly question but i love this so much... ANYONE KNOW WHAT SCALE THIS WOULD COME OUT TO
Awe.Some.
Yay! See, I KNEW there were friends out there who would GET IT! That something so small can be super challenging, and feel so amazing once we figure out how to make it work - thank you, Kitty! You ROCK! xoxo
SuPERB!
I'm so pleased you like it, @Elizabeth S - thank you! xoxo
