I saw the original hack vid too and it was life changing for me! I can never go back to a single string tn or using jump bands. I have four inserts plus a plastic zipper pouch and no overhang!
I keep my TN in my Lochby case. I like having my TN out to carry alone, touch, and look at (Tokyo Station, with the train on the cover) and all, but I just like the two so much and I can’t pick one over the other.

Hi there, can you make a video on how to wake up and more importantly how to actually get up at 4:00 am? Im 20, i am at the rock bottom of my life, i want to fix myself. Your videos are very inspiring to me❤
not Frank, but I've been getting up at 430 since my teens. The key to starting this habit is to A. Go to bed with ample time to get the sleep you need. and B. Give yourself something to wake up for, ie: a cup of coffee you love, a favorite show, a workout. Etc so you're excited to go to bed. That'll help get you started. After you've sort of gotten into the groove, it's mostly just about going to bed on time. In my case, I've learned to stop all caffeine intake after 10am as it makes it harder for me to get to bed on time. IMO Depression makes a natural sleep cycle even more of struggle. Keep attempting an earlier bed time, even if it's only 20 minutes earlier at a time. You'll get there. It's a process, not a race.

You aren't the only one to ask me about my routine so it's time :) I'd be happy to share a little bit more about my 4am routine in an upcoming video. I think what @laviniademortalium referenced is key. The morning routine begins with a solid evening routine. And consistency with the habit (for me at least) of waking up early is all about why you want to and reminding yourself about your why. I'll try and explain the video that's upcoming.
