Thank you so much! The cheesecake came out perfectly and very delicious!! Your recipe is simple and defiantly is a NO FAIL recipe as well! My mother and I are so happy because we failed so many times, but your recipe turned our luck around! Your awesome, definitely subscribing right now! Thank you again!
Hi Carmen, I am so thrilled you like my recipe! This cake can be a bit tricky to make as you already know. Great Job to you and your Mom! Thank you for sharing your comments and subscribing. Much love!
whoa! I have made cheese cakes. but this one "takes the cake" can't wait to try it. My recipe used 3 packages of cream cheese and filled a 8 inch spring pan.
I followed the directions very closely, and the cake was delicious, but only 1 1/4 inches tall. It seemed much taller when it completed baking. I left it in the oven for 1 hour and when I pulled out it had sunk. Water bath used and foil & bag were dry. Any thoughts on what I did wrong?
Hi Trang, There is a Japanese store about an hour drive from where I live. The sell frozen Japanese cheesecake that are individually wrapped. The closest shape I can see would be the creme brulee oval 6 inch. I think homemade individual smaller cheesecake would be a good idea for a party. I hope you will try your original cheesecake recipe with these oval dishes so that I can get the exact amount of batter and technique. Here is the link of what these oval look like: www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/bonjour-reg-chef-39-s-cr-me-brulee-dish-set-of-4/1013035687?Keyword=creme%20brulee%20ramekins
Hi Wendy, mini cotton cheesecakes would be so adorable. The next time I make these, I may try using ramekins. Thanks for sharing the link. I'll have to add those to my Christmas list. :)
Amazing!!! Thanks for this recipe!

That came out beautifully, Trang. I definitely need to use up the 4 blocks of cream cheese I still have in my fridge. LOL
This would be a great use for all that cream cheese or maybe some Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting? :)
