    Story two:
    This guy handles this LIKE A BOSS!
    There was a story on SSM that was very similar. The wife was more than surprised when the husband found a gal right away!
    Trisha is a FOOL! She knew her husband was a good-looking guy, and had options. Seeing her "replacement", a better-looking gal than her, would be a dagger through her heart right there!!!

    Awesome lesson here. The ONE THING that makes a gal gain attraction to her long-term partner is when he gets attention from ANOTHER WOMAN. Now Trisha knows there is a prettier gal just WAITING for her to screw up, so she can take away her man.
    Trisha trickle-truthed, as well. She wanted to date Brian because she was insecure in her own marriage. Her husband is good-looking, and that makes him appealing to other women. She, on the other hand, is NOT in her orientation any longer and wanted a guy like Brian to go put eith her so she could FEEL more youthful and desired. She knew she was a better-looking gal than Brian was a guy... giving her power over him.

    Story 2 reminds of another similar story. The wife comes home and spend about 30 minutes selling the idea of an open marriage. Right there and then the husband calls a woman and arranges a date for that weekend. She lost her shit just this one did. The onlt difference is the other story is real and sent in by a subscriber to this particular channel. Even though this story is real BS like this happens in real life. People need to be held accountable for their bad decisions, man or woman.

    It is estimated that close to one birth in four in the US the biological father is NOT the mother's husband. My GF is a Family Law Attorney and she and I have discussed this dynamic many times. At least twice and sometimes 3 times a month a man will seek her to help him with getting DNA testing and depending on those results a divorce. Because it is unethical and could result in her being disbarred she does not get too deep into actual cases, she told me earlier in the week about a man who sought an appt with her firm. The man looked like he had not slept for days. His wife had just had a child he knew was not his. This child was just born last weekend. She would not tell me what the wife did but that she was a high-level executive and the child's father was a professional. Thankfully this is that mother's first child. This poor guy should walk away in good shape. My GF right now is fighting to keep her client's name OFF the birth certificate. Story 1 may be fiction, but the subject matter is NOT!

    Did Evans’ lawyer seriously say it’s highly inappropriate to separate a mother from her child & it wasn’t their intent to do so? If ONLY Evans thought it’s ALSO inappropriate to not only sleep with a married woman while being married yourself, but to be incredibly careless & get ur mistress pregnant!!

      In the US the husband does have the right to demand a DNA test. John was correct in signing the affair partner's name on the Birth Certificate. He could also get neighbors to state his soon to be EX has been living with her boyfriend for two years.

    • @jakeand9020
      @jakeand9020 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      That's why he had to wait. He had to establish that he was the primary care giver for the children and that the affair directly interrupted the mother's relationship with her daughters. Without that precedent she would have gotten the kids, the house and he would have been paying all the bills.
      In it's self her having an affair is meaningless to the court, but the damage that affair did to her children IS important.

    • @jakeand9020
      @jakeand9020 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@draconisdragonheart4248It actually doesn't make sense that he could use the AP, very few states still have alienation of affection laws, and of those I don't think any are no-fault divorce states.

    • @jakeand9020
      @jakeand9020 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@draconisdragonheart4248 The way he described what the lawyer said, he lives in a no-fault state. That being the case almost nothing matters except a general bias towards women. So, again, her living with her AP most of the time also doesn't matter directly. It's the indirect effect of him being, and being SEEN as, the primary care giver and the inference of her neglecting them, like the daughter's birthday party, that he can "use against her." Combine that with her having a newborn that's not his to care for and the girls not wanting/expecting the mother to be around gets him custody. The house and majority of other assets go with the kids.
      An important note, the only reason any of that matters is that he was smart enough to put the actual father's name on the newborn's birth certificate. If he hadn't she would have claimed he was the father and he would have been legally, at least for a while. Then she would have gotten custody regardless, for a few (really stupid) reasons. Top of the stupid list being the baby is not his. Wait, didn't I just say he would be LEGALLY the father? Yes, and that would only make a difference in child support, as far as custody, the fact he's not actually the father is much more important. At the same time, if he was legally the father, the courts never would have split up the children because that's just too much for them to deal with, so she would have gotten all of them primarily because he wasn't the actual father to one of them but was legally the father to all of them.
      I imagine in reality she could take action against the hospital for allowing him to put down the father as someone other than himself, since that normally requires either the mother or the law to do. Men have ZERO say on who the father is except to say it's not his, and only that when you're not married to the mother.
