Resepi Roti Goreng ataupun Pau goreng antara kuih yang banyak di jual di pasar - pasar ataupun di kedai makan sebagai makanan ringan serapan pagi bagi pada yang suka makan kuih sebagai serapan. Cara buatnya mudah sahaja sesiapa pun boleh buat kerana yang paling penting cukup bahan dan cara yang betul pasti akan jadi lembut dan gebu
bahan bahan yg di perlukan
3cawan tepung gandum
1 peket mauripan atau pun ibu roti
1 biji kuning telur ayam
3 sudu mkn marjerin/mentega atau pun minyak masak
3 sudu susu pekat manis
1/2 baiking soda
1 sudu bread sofner
1 sudu kfc garam
3 sudu mkn gula
11/2 cawan air suam² kuku..
inti kacang merah..
