I love to see you doing live, often as a newbie i feel like i will never be able to sew as perfect as you do…seeing you not doing perfect is so real and encouraging, thank you!❤
Nice video learned something new I've been sewing for a long time now at least 40.years and I'm still learning new things great little bag. I loved the idea with scoring then quilting perfect.
Helpful comment. For your Juki, Hang the bobbin with the thread hanging so it looks like a #9. I too have multiple machines. Most times, I place a label saying clockwise or counter-clockwise. 😊
Does the bobbin go in the Juki the opposite of most other machines? I’ve always put my bobbins in looking like a P - but I sew on Bablylocks I’m asking because I’m considering a Juki TL2000
When you said you said you learn something when it doesn’t turn out boy did that ring true today. I finished a large bag like this today and when I was putting the bias on I screwed up FOUR times! Firstly don’t sew the pressed edge to the bag then don’t cut the ends off till you test to make sure the you sewed it right. This took ten times longer than it should have from pure overthinking.
Love the “wing it” way. I used the Annie pattern for my first bag I made but will definitely use Natalie’s “ wing it” for my future bags. Love your way of binding this. Thanks for this tutorial Natalie.
Oh Natalie, you are a joy to watch. Please don’t ever stop. I’m learning such a lot….like laughing at myself.
Thank you so much for that! 💘💘 thank you for watching!

Love that you can wing it. Especially for scrap pieces. 🤗

Wonderful! Thank you for watching Teresa!
Loved the bag , Natalie, but especially your approach ❤.
Thanks so much!
Great tutorial! I’m so scared of the binding & had no idea it didn’t have to be cut on the bias for non-circle projects, thank you so much
You can do it!

Awesome tutorial, so helpful. Also did you knit your vest? Will work on pouch this afternoon
Yes! Thank you!
Lovely project bag . Any suggestions or ideas on how I need to pack for shipping to my friend ?
I'd wrap it in tissue paper and secure with a sticker! Such a fin presnt.
My TL18 QVP Machine is the opposite. q. 😊
I'm not sure what you mean here, sorry.
Do you have the problem of top thread coming out when you use the auto cutter? Mine has started doing that…Juki.
Oh no! I don't- maybe try rethreading it again, while looking at the manual. If it still keeps doing that, take it in for repair! 🥰
This looks like a By Annie Project Bag.
Yes I mention that in the beginning several times.
Love your demo and teaching style. Thank you
I’m a new follower and I’m loving your wing it attitude 🎉❤
Thank you so much!
