    I've been watching this for years now and it's quite honestly still the best chair massage session I've seen on TH-cam.

    I've been coming back to this video for years and it's amazing how much you can do in under 10 minutes. The thing I like most about this video is that you're giving a vigorous massage, not like some of the other videos where the therapists are gentle and don't really get into those muscles. Great video, keep up the good work.

    • @BUDDYCB4
      @BUDDYCB4 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m a massage therapist who uses ‘vigorous’ massage techniques sparingly. With all due respect, you can sink into a client’s muscle tissue while still keeping the massage predominantly gentle. It’s all about precision touch and pressure, at the right location for just the right amount of time.

    I hardly ever comment on massage videos. I usually watch them before bed. I specifically like yours because of your enthusiastic energy, and how you care for your client, or friend/family. It's a comforting feeling watching this video. Thank you for sharing!

    Excellent video. This has to be the most aggressive and satisfying chair massage I've ever seen. Am I the only one who loves the sound that results from massaging someone over their clothes? I have a very specific shirt I wear to work on massage days, simply because I love how the material sounds under the therapist's hands. Anyway, please post more videos when you have time -- I think you do an awesome job.

    LOVE the reach under shoulder/scapula technique!!! Also the occipital/trap movement was Wonderful!!! Nice combinations !!!
    The finger rotations works wonders as well!!!
    I need to work on a smart way of using my thumbs, cuz I get carried away sometimes and definitely feel it for the next few days. I'm going to try your Technique where you lock the thumb and use your arm and body weight to apply pressure. Thanks SO MUCH for sharing this video I have learned a lot !!!🙏

I always watch this video when I am stressed out, It always relaxes me. I must say that when it comes to massage, you are quite the expert! I read about you on your school's website, and I was very impressed by all your accomplishments and experience. I also like how you throw in a dash of humor in your videos. Thanks -Peter T.

    Most of the people who sell chair massages at the mall are a bunch of pushy and annoying hacks who can end up doing more harm than good. This lady obviously isn't one of them and this video is a perfect example of how a true professional gives a chair massage in the correct manner. Kudos.

    Hello Susan.
    This is one of my favorite chair massage videos. I especially like it how you absolutely straddle the back with your hands, almost as if showing no mercy. It creates a very warm fuzzy feeling just by watching it. Also you have nice,big,shapely hands which I believe imbues the sense of an extremely strong grip every time you squeeze a certain muscle.
    I love it. Please try to upload more videos more regularly.

    Hey Susan, great video. We have an outreach today at 1:00 at Auburn University doing chair massages. This really helped me learn some new technics. Also, do you have any comments or thoughts on how to avoid being gentle/timid and learning how to take control of the body when massaging on the table. If so, could you please do a video or comment back? Thank you.

    Hello Susan! Your techniques, especially your ability to find these very common points of pain and muscle knots, is great. I adored watching you use your elbows to release the taut knots. I need to find an LMT like you to do exactly that for me. The one problem I face is that I have extreme chronic pain in my levator scapulae/trapezius/rhomboids (+15 years) and a nervous system issue where incredible intense pressure in my problem upper back areas do NOT cause me any pain. It doesn't matter how much pressure is applied, it does not make me wince at all. What do you think that means?

If your not prepared to continually market yourself, forget it. For those considering massage School DO YOUR HOMEWORK! The quality of your education is paramount 2 your success. Any suggestions for questions to ask when looking for a place to get a massage? Just some things that'd help me avoid sketchy places or someone who would just halfass it. My GF used to give me backrubs but as my work got more physically demanding I seem to come home with knots and sore spots in my shoulders and back all the time and she works all day too and doesn't want to spend an hour a day working on my back.
