you are growing on me. Wasn't sure bout the 'in-your-face', too fast style, but I find you very honest and straight talking.

So glad I found you. I employ the same philosophy you do regarding spending more a cleanser versus a moisturizer but making sure the cleanser is very effective. Have been doing that for years. No point in sealing in ineffective product. But, do agree there are skincare lines out there with very good cleansers that don't break your pocket book. Thank you and loving your channel.

I'm a HUGE fan of the De Mamiel cleansing balm. It's one of my absolute favourites x x

That body shop cleanser... I got through half of it before I looked at the ingredient list.
Camomile is second to last on the list. There is more fragrance added that camomile!
And what on earth is “Synthetic Wax”??
    All Ingredients
    Ethylhexyl Palmitate (Skin Conditioning Agent),
Synthetic Wax (Binder/Emollient), PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate (Skin Conditioning Agent),
Olea Europaea Fruit Oil/Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil (Emollient),
Butyrospermum Parkii Butter/Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter (Skin Conditioning Agent - Emollient),
    Caprylyl Glycol (Skin Conditioning Agent),
    Tocopherol (Antioxidant),
Parfum/Fragrance (Fragrance), Aqua/Water (Solvent/Diluent), Linalool (Fragrance Ingredient), Limonene (Fragrance Ingredient), Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil/Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil (Emollient),
Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract (Natural Additive),
    Citric Acid (pH Adjuster).

Body Shop went massively (and probably irredeemably) downhill when they sold out to L'Oreal. They used to be natural and unique in the 90's but have failed utterly in moving with the times; so many more, so much better companies now with far more pristine values and ingredients, and better quality products.

First time I've ever seen a beauty vlogger actually put a shit-ton of balms on her face rather than just describe or demo on hand. Fair play, Trinny. 🤗

Yeah, I agree - enjoy taking care of your skin, love the skin you’re in, enjoy making it look and feel beautiful! I now only purchase products that are full of good quality organic and/or active ingredients, and that make me feel good, and enjoy knowing that they’re nourishing my skin! It’s such a pleasure taking care of ones self! Such a lovely, tender, intimate moment, Trinny when you shared that with us. Lovely ;) x

Love a cleansing balm, and will be trying some of your recommendations. I love and use the Body Shop balm daily. For a everyday first cleanse I don't want to spend a lot. The more pricey balms I like to use as a second cleanse rather than for removing makeup.

Trinny you should really try Jordan samuels after show cleanser it’s an enzyme balm also, it’s divine, can also be used as a pre shower mask to protect your face from the hot water in your shower. It’s beautiful.

Loved watching your blogs Trinny! It's uplifting to find information on products to suit different skin types. I'd never used a balm before but always do my cleaning routine and absolutely love going for facials. Can you do anything in the Glasgow area. I know people would love that 🤗😀

I know the feeling also of not knowing what makeup base colour to choose etc, and not trusting the staff at the stores. It’s rare to find someone who knows their stuff and isn’t just trying to make a sale off of you. But I educated myself by watching TH-cam videos and makeup tutorials with Mary Greenwell etc!!! And I discovered that RMS is the makeup brand that works best with my skin and personally style and ethos. So I found my niche (and my colours!) by trial and error!

I will definitely try the Demamiel cleansing balm. it's on top of my "to try" list. Thank you and I love watching your channel! keep rocking madame!

JUST USE , A DROP OR TWO INTO YOUR FACIAL ROTATING BRUSH , WET IT WITH WARM WATER , AND APPLY THE BRUSH TO YOUR FACE , EVENLY , RINSE , PAT DRY , AND APPLY COCONUT CREAM TO YOUR FACE EVENLY . GENTLY PAT DRY . YOUR FACE IS POLLUTED FREE CLEAN AND SOFT . THEY ARE INEXPENSIVE AND THEY WORK ! YOU CAN ALSO USE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AS MOISTURIZER .

Eve Lom broke me out due to the mineral oil. I am a die hard Emma Hardie cleansing balm fan, excellent consistency for facial massage too. I also love that it is in a tub so you can use every last morsel, I feel with a pump you can’t get all the product 😠

Hi Trinny, I see in the background what I think it is a Aesop product, what do you think about them? I have a hidrator and an SPF ..but I am not 100% convinced they are the bees knees

Trinny; you said that hyaluronic gives a sticky feeling. I've used Mizon Hyaluronic Acid 100 this winter twice a day but it's not sticky at all. Is it because there's different sizes of HA molecules? I found the Mizon fab and just started my third bottle. I've had no dehydration at all this winter. I live in Sweden.

Trinny, I'd love to see you create a skincare line with a very neatly streamlined regime so it's not overtly expensive, not overly complex but if it's all that most of your customers used without adding more complex serums, prescription & other serums, "cosme-ceuticals" from their dermatologists or skin clinic, etc (as I do, such as Retin-A, Dr Jart+'s line, Belif's line & hopefully adding May Lindstrom's line in part or as per her response to the email I'm writing for advice on how best to use her products for my skin concerns & also hoping the results will eliminate the need for Retin-A, & all the multiple cherry picked products I use in my AM & PM regimes) it would be economically accessible to the more modest budgets (most every penny I can gather goes to my skincare, hair care & to a much lesser extent, makeup as I prefer an minimum number of products applied, ie; mascara, eye liner gel & pencil, 2 shades of eyeshadow is maximum, blush & if I'm really going all out bronzer, concealer, possibly some blurring powder & highlighter & right now I need a foundation {at 56, I'm forced to use concealer, foundation & blurring powder to conceal the scars from a peri-oral infection gone seriously awry & the Retin-A flaking prescribed to help w/the scars which is heartbreaking for me to look in the mirror at skin that great genetics HAD blessed me with beautiful skin until the improperly diagnosed & treated infection}). I'd suggest a Double Cleanse system w/a non-foaming 2nd step in the PM & a Microfiber Cloth (as per Nadine Baggott's campaigning, LOL), a comprehensive Serum, or if not possible to do in 1 formula, then no more than 3 Serums containing the basic necessities, in my opinion, of copper amino isolate, niacinamide, Ceramides, Peptides, Multiple Molecular Weights of Hyaluronic Acid, some form of Matrixyl, Vitimin C, E & Ferulic, various Humectants & a beautiful Oil to seal it all in after the Serums. I'd love to buy 1 bottle of Oil rather than combining my own concoction of Marula, Camilia, Rose, Rosehip Seed, Horse Chestnut, Sea Buckthorn & a few known active Oils! Obviously you'd need to address a Moisturizer for all skin types (most companies group them into Oily to Combination & Normal to Dry Skins), perhaps an action packed night cream/mask & a Mild AHA/BHA (or separate AHA & BHA formulas) Toner. I personally don't use an eye cream as I bring up my products to & around my eyes but there's something to be said for smaller molecular size ingredients IF indeed the claims of most cosmetic companies is true but as yet I've personally seen no real difference but also don't have similar lines of many of my contemporaries.

Wwooah. Pure unrefined Shea butter softened and whipped with oils of your choice.....cheaper, not chemicals, no shit...will work the same as that overpriced shit! I make my own skincare now my skin has never been better. Shea butter mango butter cocoa butter in their raw form are so much better.
