A level crossing located within Caldicot near the Prince of Wales Bridge. This is the only public highway level crossing within the Welsh county of Monmouthshire, and it's located in a fairly quiet and desolate, semi-industrial area. It has fairly quiet alarms, though these were quieter than usual as they were stuck in their 'night mode' setting at the time of my visit.
Thanks for watching!
Apparently the alarms are stuck in night mode, but I think they sound just the right volume, as it's a quiet road.
This crossing is visible from the M4
I went to Caldicot yesterday and got a vid unfortunately I missed a freight train by a minute but I got a cross Country but the alarms are flat, faulty and very quiet
Yeah they're stuck in 'night mode' for whatever reason still.
Great video, iirc the transport for Wales 170s are due to transfer to EMR
Thanks!
