I understand Dave's concern. that is why I am happy about the lot i bought at bosque del mar, playa marsella.. I can walk to the beach in 2 min.
Marsella is 6 miles to town. and nice and quiet.

Thanks for inquiring. The closest "real" beach is the one of San Juan del Sur, just a 5 minute drive away however you can also just walk down the hill from the house and there is a staircase to access a rock beach at the bottom of the hill. Please let me know if you have any other questions or want to see the house or want me to video the walk down to the rocky beach :)
