Hey guys, I love your reactions, but throughout the years, I’ve noticed that you guys like to talk through a lot of the dialogue and tend to miss a few important tidbits. Just wanted to point that out, lol.
FYI : Julia did all her dance scenes she actually can dance. Derrick DID NOT know how to dance at all and he had a stunt person to do all his dance scenes.
There are a lot of trained dancer actors. Weird that they sideline something they worked so hard on. Neve Cambell and Zoe Saldanda are just an example of amazing dancers who don't really do it anymore.
If you want more J stiles, I recommend you guys watch, “O” with her and Mekhi Phifer. It’s a contemporary take on the classic Shakespeare play “Othello”.
You can't POSSIBLY talk as much as you do throughout the entire thing and catch everything you're meant to catch. What's the over/under on how long Jane can sit still and quiet? LOL. I love the reactions still. But...the talking is a bit tough to sit through at times as it goes in all kinds of directions seemingly all at once. Lol
Georgetown is in Washington DC and Julliard is in NY, NY so about a 4 hour drive's distance. I like to imagine that they spoke frequently and visited each other whenever they could and overcame the distance.
These two at 31:55 are hilarious. But it did serve as a reminder of the realities faced by those of us who were in interracial relationships two decades ago, where such reactions from people were common. Reflecting on it now, it’s striking how both much time has passed and yet how relatively recent those experiences feel.
Bianca Lawson(the light skin mean black girl)dad was the Black guy in the original POLTERGEIST horror movie(the rope coming out the ceiling and tennis ball scene)from the 80’s her dad was also recently married to Beyonce mom they are divorced now
This is my favorite movie of all time. This movie was my baby childhood ever since I was born. I’ve been waiting all year for somebody to react to this movie. Hope you also react to Coach Carter. Fredro Starr previously did Light it up. Sean Patrick Thomas also did the Barbershop movies.
A ballet movie that the Actress did all her own dance was a movie called the Company starring Neve Campbell, who was born and raised in your Province. Probably the only reason I watched it was because she is Canadian.
The male lead was in the barber shop movies with Ice Cube, check em out. Javi, you are thinking of Stomp The Yard with Chris Brown, Omarion played in You've Got Served. I hope this helps ❤
Why are you guys carrying full blown conversations during the movie? I understand some commentary but the convos are off putting. Edit: I stopped watching at minute 6.
38:00 really? Is that for all grades? What if someone turns out to have a weapon or something and they really start seriously hurting each other? You're really not supposed to get involved?
Lol, yeah, let’s close the flower shop and cancel the orders and not make any money that we use to pay for the dance lessons and her ballet and everything else because she is a single mom
JV have you seen "It's a Wonderful Life"? It's an old Christmas movie that I think you and Jane would love. If you haven't seen it you should put it on a Christmas or New Years poll (I bet it'll win).
One of my all time favorite moives! Sarah and Derek have both been through so much and they have such great chemisty and you just can't help but root for them. I reccomend A Walk To Remember if you haven't already seen it, but bring the tissues!
I loved this movie growing up! I grew up biracial in Germany. Dad is black american and mom white german. I never had people looking like our family in my city and when this movie came out I somehow saw my mom and dad in that, even tho my dad can't dance at all! I know it get's a lot of criticsm nowadays, but for me it was sooo important back in the day!
lol you guys mixed up like 4 different dance movies. The one with Omarion that started it all is called You Got Served. Chris Brown was in one years later called Stomp The Yard, which is more of a stepping movie
Dropping everything but Cloverfield I see 😩🤦🏿♂️ I guess we get no love on the regular side 😂 all the exclusive subscribers just get the best stuff we support to 💀😂💔💔
The ending with the dancing always annoyed me I did not like. it but you both should definitely react to you got served step up movies and shall we dance are all good movies.
Bianca Lawson hasn't aged a day. She and Pharelle got the fountain of youth. Also, all of the Black Diaspora music is played by black people in the States.
I met Julia Stiles at a restaurant one time, she was eating with her grandparents. I was only like 13 at the time but since i'm older now I regret going up to her lol
Really fun and interesting to see you guys relate to some of the things in this movie If you haven't yet, then you should consider watching 10 things I hate about you as well 😊
Bro these comments are ruthless….”you talk too much” blah blah blah listen They were enthusiastic about the movie and tbh i just came here to see them enjoy it, not to see them react to it the way I WANTED THEM TO. Remember, They’re not critics guys these are normal people smh

Georgetown is in Washington DC and Julliard is in NY, NY so about a 4 hour drive's distance. I like to imagine that they spoke frequently and visited each other whenever they could and overcame the distance.

I’m so sad the dance scene in the club where Nikki interrupts was cut out 😩 that’s my favorite part of the whole movie lol
Sorry. See the full reaction on Patreon

One of my favorite movies ever. Such a classic!
Julia Stiles: Jason Bourne movies, O, and a bunch of others. Sean Patrick Thomas: Cruel Intentions, The Devil's Own, Till, various tv shows.
There's a save the last dance 2 , a continuation of Sara's story but a different actress played her
A ballet movie that the Actress did all her own dance was a movie called the Company starring Neve Campbell, who was born and raised in your Province. Probably the only reason I watched it was because she is Canadian.
6:17 ,that's me and two of my brothers at the bottom steps
Bianca Lawson was Kendra in Buffy the Vampire Slayer
36:47 Cyndi Lauper, let's keep it that way
17:54 - "Step Up: Talladega Nights..."
I'm DEAD. LOL
The male lead was in the barber shop movies with Ice Cube, check em out. Javi, you are thinking of Stomp The Yard with Chris Brown, Omarion played in You've Got Served. I hope this helps ❤

The Chris brown dance movie is called “stomp the yard”.
Happy holidays
She was part of the Jason Borne franchise with Matt Damon
